I saw your Star Wars wide chest video, can you make a video on what exercises you did to get that massive wide chest?
@AndreInvests7 жыл бұрын
For a big chest just focus on the barbell bench press (dumbbells are ok but can't push as much as a load). Incline bench press, dips and cable flys. All these exercises will help build up your chest.
@cordlefhrichter15207 жыл бұрын
But will those make me wide like Kylo Ren?
@AndreInvests7 жыл бұрын
How wide your chest gets is dependent on your genetic potential.

Hungarian for good morning: Jó reggelt! Jó basically is yo, reggelt is pronounced as the following: the r is strong, the two ‘e’ is pronounced as the first ‘e’ in the word definitely, the two letter ‘g’ is strong, press it like you say it in the beginning of the word ‘group’, the ‘lt’ combination in the end is the same as in the word ‘halt’. I hope you add it to the collection 😁 Stay buff 💪🏻

I workout at home (due to working from home), so I haven't got access to gym machines. Hello Buff Dudes, can you please make a video about Muscle Memory, i've been a bodybuilder for 6 years and some months ago i had knee and back injuries from overworking, and it's been quite a long time since i've been to the gym, and i keep seeing people writing about muscle memory as if it was anabolic steroids, now, that makes me want to get back into it tho after so long i don't know how to, do you have a video about muscle memory or about getting back into the gym after injuries?, if yes, can you link them here?, and if not, please make a video about it, would be a great topic i think :), STAY BUFF!

When you guys are in a calorie deficit, do you adjust for exercise? E.g. if My TDEE is 2400, and I eat 1900 for cutting.... but I burn 300 calories by doing exercise (according to apple watch/treadmill etc), should I eat 2200? or just stay at 1900? Loving the cutting routine so far! Getting great results!
@scottharris97557 жыл бұрын
michael russell your tdee is calculated with activity level involved. Your 300 calorie workout should be included. Stay at 1900 in my opinion but i may be wrong..
@Chriss-cn1ch7 жыл бұрын
2200, 800 below maintenance is too much!
@scottharris97557 жыл бұрын
Chriss he said his tdee is 2400. So 1900 is -500.
@michaelrusselll7 жыл бұрын
Thanks Scott, that was my thinking too - but I saw Hudson put his activity as "sedentary" when calculating TDEE (because he sits all day, as do I). I wonder does he add the caloric burn of workouts to his MyFitnessPal or anything. I'm erring on the lower side right now because I have a lot to lose (25lbs or so), but might bring it upward once I lose the weight and want to focus more on strength & lean mass gains.

Quick question dudes. I’m trying to lose a good amount of weight, so I’m mostly lifting with some cardio, but mostly strict diet and lifting. I go to Planet Fitness because it is basically the only gym close to me, but they do not have any free barbells for squats, benches, deadlifts etc. just smith machines, cable machines and hand dumbbells. So I can do most lifts that I want and need to do, but what would y’all recommend to do for squats, bench, deadlifts etc since I don’t have access to barbells or squat rack? Thank y’all.
@pile3336 жыл бұрын
Well. some squatting exercises can be done with dumbbells.
@Smackosynthesis6 жыл бұрын
Pushups and flys for chest. Definitely better than nothing. Farmer's squats/front dumbell squats. I do something akin to rack pulls with dumbells. I'm not a pro or anything so look those up and do a little more research.

Fasting during the day increases protein recycling and efficiency. I did the Warrior Diet having only small calorie fresh juices during the day and would eat 3-4000 calories at night. Ori Hofmekler is the writer of the book and he's in his 60's built like an olympian athlete. Fasting also increases growth hormone. It's hard to lose muscle when you're jacked on HGH.
