What if I told you it was possible to overcome your biggest fear? Well, it is. I am about to break down exactly how.
In this video, I take two women who are terrified of driving and by the end, have them driving supercars, drifting on race tracks, and taking a road trip across the country.

Hey everyone, this is Nora! Happy to report that I have driven on the freeway multiple times since this video was shot. 😁 🎉 Believe me: If I can overcome my fear you can too! A huge thank you to Mark and his team for showing me that my limits are much farther than I think. Also, fun fact: this was my first time meeting Angelika in person. Nothing like getting scared out of your mind with someone to solidify a friendship amirite? Angelika: you’re my ride or die!! 💜

That was epic. One thing I am noticing from these videos is we, as humans, seem pretty good at taking a rational slight anxiety and blowing it up to the point where the fear itself affects us in irrational ways. Mark says in one of his books "just go and do something" and that phrase alone has helped me a bit. Shame self help doesn't involve looking at screens and not doing things on an ever growing list, because I am really great at doing that.

Hey, it’s Angelika. For a long time I didn’t even realize how deeply the accident affected me, but when I moved to the US from Europe, there is no way around it, you have to drive everywhere, I was faced with this paralyzing anxiety every time I got in the car. I honestly felt shame and judgement as “it’s just driving, everyone does it.” Starting driving when you are an adult is very different from starting when you are a teenager. Instead of focusing on the freedom and independence that the car can give, you worry about the responsibility you take on for everyone on the road, that many forget when driving. Overcoming my fear wouldn't have been possible without the support and encouragement of Mark, Nora and the amazing team. You've truly changed my life with this incredible experience. My anxiety is not gone, but now I know that I can push through it. And so can you! I hope this video will help many people start their journey like we did and show that your fears don’t have to control you. Take it one step at a time. Most importantly, I'm grateful for the friendships built on this adventure! Nora, I can’t wait to visit you in LA and drive around together again.😉

My biggest fear is being a failure and being humiliated for not being able to perform well. I'm afraid to even apply for jobs because I feel like I know nothing and will be rejected, but my friends who know nothing have jobs. I know this is a form of fear I have to overcome. I want to put myself out there and allow myself to fail, to feel dumb. Thank you for this video. If you can, please make a video on how to be more social and ask for help from people. Thanks again. Much love from Sri Lanka. ❤️

I used to be really anxious about driving too so I can empathize with them. I didn’t get my drivers license till I was 19 and even then I refused to drive on the highway for about a year. So, I didn’t have the fear as extreme as them but it was definitely there. I only get anxious now when there’s someone else in the car with me because it makes me feel like I’m being judged which in turn causes me to make mistakes I normally wouldn’t make.

What you bring to this world is so awesome, Mark. The teachings you (perhaps unknowingly) gave me once upon a time eventually became the foundations of what I believe today, for that I am truly grateful. Finding myself in a pit of not quite despair, but also not what I would call a fun place that makes facing my fears easier - watching this video, hearing your voice, seeing the genuine looks of joy and relief on the faces of these girls, as if they'd just been released from a hundred years of suffering - eases the spirit and reminds me that there are some really cool human beings out there. I just thought you and the girls should know that. Really really well done Nora and Angelika, you both have my respect for what you've achieved, even more so, you have both bolstered my resolve in my own situation, thank you and take care of yourselves.

Hey , mark i really wanted to say thank you. From my heart thank you so much . For making this video a lot of people talk about exposure therapy but the way you showed it really amezing it really helped me and will help me in future too . So i am afraid of animal and i was so afraid of cats so i never used go near them even though i liked them . But one day we found a black cat on our door so my father kept that cat at house. I liked that cat too but i was so afraid of him when that cat was with me home alone i used lock him in another room And when that cat used come near me i used scream . Everyone also got bother because of me i used to scream so loud And that cat was so small it was baby boy cat he also got afraid because of me . so i decided i will overcome my fear of cat and two month ago i saw your video of exposure therapy just as you slowely try to overcame theire fear i tried the same . first i started sitting in one room with that cat then i got comgortable even at starting it was scary for me . Second i tried to play with that cat i started to play with cat just simply trowing ball at his side then i liked playing with him then last step i did was i stared showing affection to that cat by patting his head and showed affection by thouch honestly it took me a month to overcome my fear and that cat also bited me but still i started loving that cat i started caring for cat like a parent and that cat even started to trust me. he came and sat on my lap and slept And it was such lovely experience of petting a cat . Now just some days ago he died but he is forever a special angel for me . Thank you so much because of you i got the experience of petting a cat and over came my fear of cat.🤍
