Expressing your feminine energy does not diminish your masculinity or make you less of a man. Each person is a unique expression of masculine and feminine energies, and this expression is a natural and valid part of our identity.
In today's episode, we are sharing our own experiences of discovering and expressing our feminine energy. We'll explore various aspects of embracing our inner femininity, from fashion and emotional expression to intuition and relationships. We're answering questions such as:
- What aspects of yourself do you consider feminine?
- How has your expression of femininity evolved?
- How do you find the 'right' balance between your inner masculine and feminine?
This is a must-listen episode that will inspire, inform, and celebrate the beauty of being true to yourself, regardless of societal expectations.

The big surprise would be that you all seem to attribute play to the F instead of the M. I think we also have to ditch the owner's manual being pushed on us by the left, which wants to turn us all from Gs into Qs. We really need paths and spaces all our own.

Thank you guys for your time making this video and all the others. As per this video and the others the information and feelings shared help me feel more me. Giving me permission to do this because I see, feel, and understand the importance of being my genuine self. I, like others felt free to show that feminine side when younger. In grade school spent my time with the girls and being open and verbal with who I thought I was. I grew up in the sixties and seventies with siblings that were like everyone else except more cruel but taught me to hide. Even society through the helping professions told me I was mentally ill. History confirmed this to me. Then began feeling all the shame from what seemed every avenue of my life telling me how worthless I was so that I began the process of showing and acting masculine, always fearing I wasn't man enough or am I showing that feminine side. So I had to become bottled up and slowly the pressure built up enough that I imploded, not exploded. I became suicidal, very depressed and it all became worse even with help. I wanted someone to tell me you are gay and it is ok. No, something I had to do myself to begin with. It has been a very long process, years and years to come to terms with my sexuality. Long story short(a little latefor that), I have accomplished quite a bit in my growth but only because I have let others into my life. Am glad you guys are there too.

This was beautiful, honestly. I admire you all for speaking so openly about something that may seem so controversial. You are true role models, I’ve learned so much from you. Big hugs.

I was just listening to Dr. Robert Sapolsky's "Human Sexual Behavior" talk available on Stanford's youtube page (Feb 1, 2011). It seems like they are really starting to hone in on neurological differences between males, females and gay men, with gay men and trans women sharing, to a limited degree, brain physiology with females... it's definitely worth a watch

My main feminine energy has always been manifested by my emotional attachment style, sometimes to my perceived detriment. As I’ve aged I’ve negotiated more of the masculine side of me into the equation, a lot represented by my manner of dress, self-reliance and independence. Sometimes my emotions and empathy have gotten me into trouble, vis a vis interpersonal relationships as well as running headlong into narcissism in others. I’d love to see a discussion of all this through the lens of dealing with narcissism.

@@alanaban1840 We, Gay men, are not like straight men and you will not impose us how we should be. If you are a straight man and you want to be masculine is ok, but don't tell us how we should be. We, Gay men, are different and that's something good. I have nothing against masculinity, but we have a different nature. Our differences are so huge in the same way than the differences between straight men and women. Understand it please.
