Great job! This is the reason why the small guards are so dominant in the paint. Iverson was a master of this as well. IT, curry, kyrie, nash, etc. guys with not really amazing genetics unlike Russ or Rose or Lebron. This is prolly the reason why James Harden's drives look so simple, like just straight drives, but no one can stop him, cos he's putting his body while still on the ground, and he has a really strong upper body.

Such a phenomenal video! I get the feeling that kids these days don't have the attention span to go through a video like this or else it would have 100k views at least

You should talk about different footwork for dribbling (drop, skip, dribble jabs...), floaters, and how to balance weightlifting, agility, conditioning, and skill work for optimum performance without overtraining.

The editing and quality on these videos goes up every single time I swear! But great tips and definitely gonna have to practice this especially when I do the Mikan drill. Oh and I think a good future video would be going over the triple threat and some moves out of it! think of all people you could break the footwork down and explain in a lot greater detail in how to be explosive out of the triple threat and how and when to use it!

Sick edit and nice demonstration coach. Can you do a video on shooting further from distance without losing form? And how to execute a pull up off a high pick and roll or pick and roll in gerneal?! Thanks!!

Ive been doing this since freshman without realizing it, im a senior now, but i just havent perfected this move until now, i didnt know u can actually benefit from bumping someone in the air like that, i have a soft side for doing that type of stuff but i realize they always call me weak so imma start doing more often and tough up my mentality

coach, Thank you so much for going into detail of the 'extendo' . 1 question, should I use my fingertips to get the ball off when executing, or is it supposed to come off my palms ?

isn't this just the veer finish? don't see why you're claiming the naming of something that already exists without changing anything about it, correct me if I'm wrong. It's like I'd be doing a crossover and call it the v-dribble, slightly unnecessary. However it's a great move so glad you're introducing the people that don't know about it.
@ThePauljames56 жыл бұрын
TunezCottage No. The veer finish is a sub category. The veer would be hit on the ground, veer away and finish. Jumping directly into the defender and finishing with a hook is not a veer. I use Extendo as the broad term and there's several sub categories under it.
