Too much home for me, but beautiful. I love the kitchen but wish the sink wasn't so far from the stove. I would add middle shelves to the pantry, and a sink to the utility room. The 1st guest bedroom would be my office. Wow, the master suite is everything! It has my dream closet! It's as big as a bedroom! 😮The master bath is magnificent! That tub is absolutely gorgeous, and they used the same pretty tile in the shower. 😍🥰 This would be a perfect home for a large family. One of the best shown on this channel.

I love the recessed entry, the foyer, the kitchen cabinet color, though it would go better with white countertop since the backsplash is busy. That closet is for vacuum. All that carpet. I like just running a vacuum vs sweeping and mopping 2600 sq ft! And now that is a closet for me! I thought mine was big. I would have to get remarried and share that one. Sweet home. I think the optional tub looks nicer and the room looks larger.

Love the kitchen and large closets and bedrooms and entertainment room and Master bath and bedroom. Use one bedroom for an office and put in 2extra shelves across the wall in the pantry, to utilize the space. Beautiful home.

Right out of the gate, I'm loving this home! All of it! The room sizes, the closets, the kitchen, the dining room, the master suite, the bathrooms and especially the family/entertainment room! Even the laundry room is special with the huge folding area! The price is high and the house is massive. I dont need a house that size...but OMG I WANT it, lol! Thanks Nate! Definitely a winner! 🎉

Take out rugs. Too many drawers in kitchen. Nice bathroom. Good size closets in secondary rooms. Nice family room. Finally double doors to primary area. Love the walkin closet.

Hello Nate. Good video. But I don't think this one is for us. Has enough rooms for are requirements, but I don't like the way they are laid out. Living Room area is too big, with wasted space, unless you are into entertaining, or have lots of family and friends who visit regularly (which we aren't, and we don't!). Kitchen is too wide - without that island there's too many steps between cabinets. But I didn't like the island being there as it would interfer with my wheelchair. The Utility Room is too small and so is the Pantry, neither goes with that big house in my opinion. So...changes would have to take place in Every Room!! So therefore, not for us. It was still a good video and an interesting place to see. Showed me what I didn't want! Thanks for showing it, Nate. God bless you.

I think the tile could be ‘Linen’. It reminds me of it. Probably wrong, but that’s what came to mind when you shot the up close in the shower. I love the home but the kitchen isn’t my favorite. The master is to die for though.

I love this home! I agree with you that the carpet needs to go in the formal dining & what you call the entertainment room. As I would use that room for my sewing/beading room. I would also add shelves across the back wall of the pantry. I also like lighter wood for all the cabinets & to the ceiling for the cabinets. The price isn't bad either. 😊😊😊 Does it co e in a 3 bedroom? I will be living in Idaho & Arizona soon, hope. Is there someplace I could look/purchase this home?

Awefully large so can the roof hold up snowstorms. I would hate to pay for the heat and electric bill for this monster.

If the home is going to be set up in an area where snow woud be an issue, they build the roof accordingly to handle the snow in that area.
