I've wanted the AC 3000ME since I was very young, I honestly didn't think they existed in the United States, but one went up for auction recently, and now I've got a special savings account waiting for when I can get another opportunity to own it. It always struck me as such an ambitious and exotic car, and while some might consider the Ford powerplant boring, I find it having a common, and well-understood powerplant to be a blessing rather than a curse. What a gorgeous car, with just the right amount of power, and all the handling and nimbleness.

A friend had a TVR Tasmin 280, very similar to the 400 but with a 2.8 litre engine. It was always breaking down, and at one point the motor caught fire.

So many cars in this video are getting re-used from previous ones, well sure that in this context british cars are being taken, but still, so many cars are just being reused in the videos of the channel, honest opinion.

@@plap. that’s like saying Toyotas and BMWs assembled in the US are American.
@plap.2 жыл бұрын
@@MIA_Mark_Lewis he said no connection what so ever and that's not even including parts manufactured over there. Technically may be the wrong word you are correct but things like the tundra designed manufactured parts made and built here for the US and go nowhere else are American. They are considered BMW america, vw America, Toyota America or Lexus made for this market. Like the fords and gm stuff made in Europe and Australia, American parent but definitely Australian or European cars. Merkur, Holden and Voxhall are not American. Some Holden's here like the g8, GTO, Chevy SS, Caprice police interceptor even the gen 5 Camaro are Australian more than american. It can be a fine line but again he said no connection what so ever
