No words to describe... such a burn.... I tried so many inner thigh workout.. even used weights but nothing was killer like this... short and killer... Brett pls share more sculpting videos

I swear I do not know how you were able to talk when you taped this. Every time I finish this I am shaking so much I can barely walk. Unbelievable! I am really seeing the definition in my legs and seat doing this one and the greatest seat several times a week. I am able to get through this one now without breaks but it is sooooo hard!!!!! Every time I hear Brett say ”No, this is not fun”, I laugh a little and think ”it’s not so bad, I can do this!” And every time, I regret those thoughts when I crawl from my mat after completing the exercise 😅 Still enjoy the burn though! 🔥

Oh my goodness! I am shaking all over after this short exercise. Man does it hurt and seems unbearable but I got through it. I could barely walk to the computer to comment on this. Ha Ha. Awesome as always- Namaste!!!!!!

Oh my goodness! I have been doing this every other day with the previous seat workout along with more recent yoga practices of yours. Today I could not get through this without taking breaks. It is soooooo hard.. I guess every day is different for your body. Amazing! Namaste!

I’ve never loved yoga/meditation/mindfulness practices until I tried some of your longer sculpt videos and now I am completely hooked! thank you for introducing practice into my fitness routine. Im only wondering - do you have something that is slightly more challenging up your sleeve (in terms of lower body) Ive noticed that my legs are so strong because of your workouts but that I’ve lost the challenge that the routines once brought. MorningDew Barrera yes not everyone can bend their legs out straight. you have to practice cause its like doing a split except standing.
