I love Pyramid sets. I did that set in a Bodybuilding program called Body Beast, but for some reason the trainer who is an IFBB pro Bodybuilder called it Progressive Sets.

Depends on what you're trying to accomplish. All three have their place. You can certainly interchange them as your primary movement during your training cycles.

Typically bodybuilding fashion with the elbows out to the side no strong brace, just chest isolation, still awsome though! You no this guys at another level when he's gettin down a whole gallon of water in one workout session to! Bro is trying to hold on to powerlifting while doing bodybuilding though it seems, really I don't no how much need is for that much flat bench for isolation in bodybuilding, a ton other exercises can get the job done probley more effectively then doing all thoughs sets on flat.

Everyone has different training philosophies. It's all about finding what works for you. Although, I would hardly call 365 for reps a warm up 😜
