Save resource points for the regulation changes at the end of the season otherwise you'll some upgrades. Then sign the highest 'experience' driver next season you can to increase resource point generation. Helped tons in my second season after I learned that.

@@Tiametmarduk the announcement for me came in Mexico, and mentioned reliability and possibly another. i started banking my points. by Abu Dhabi i still hadnt been told which departments would be affected, and i started to think maybe its somehow bugged out and i wont get one this season... Practice session 2 at Abu Dhabi and finally it tells me its only reliability affected. perhaps it came this late, as it was only one department. usually ive had them ALOT earlier (Singapore to Japan) in previous F1 games, and usually more departments too. luckily i had plenty of points saved by this point.

Might be talking out of my arse but, if you increase the brake bias to have more load on the front tires, it might help with traction and better braking. You will have to test it, but I noticed your rear brake tempts sky-rocketing vs your front brakes. My theory is your brakes are working harder on the rear, meaning your rear tires are taking a bigger load than your fronts. I also noticed in past episodes your rear tires are wearing more often. Just a thought, and I hope it helps.
