Am i the only person noticing this? Amorim is bringing comfidence into this team, i remmber when they asked Ten Hag if the team was ready for the start of the season he said we are not. Rooney, for example always came back heavier at the start of each season (and even after injury)and needed time to gain fitness. United sometimes started the season slow, under Fergie and would lose games before picking up! Besides, I just told you pep said the very same thing about his players ,10hag didn't buy city players so stop asking that stupid question!

I would be very happy with Ait Nouri or Alvaro Fernandez Let Liverpool have Kirkez snd we can have Ait Nouri, whose the best on the ball LB in the league(arguably above Gvardiol).A REALLY good dribbler and has an eye for goal...which are attributes that Kirkez doesn't have(at least at Ait Nouri's level) I think Kirkez is just a Malacia regen,good defensively.

Luke Shaw can be retained as a backup to Lisandro Martinez as the LCB or backup for LWB. Tyrell Malacia has to go. For new left Wingbacks, we need to find the profile of developing to maturity (aged 20 to 24). Valentin Barco of Brighton could be the second choice LWB alternating with Harry Amass. The first choice will have to be someone with supreme fitness such as Bournemouth's Milos Kerkez, or resign clause for Alvaro Fernandez.

I don't think Davies fits into INEOS' recruitment model (buy promising players with higher ceilings for reasonable wages). Davies is young but established (closer to ceiling), and will come with massive wages. I see Kerkez or Ait-Nouri coming.

In Amorim’s set up, there is no LB. There are 3 center backs and 2 wings. No LB and no RB. Luke Shaw could never be on the left wing. He’s not fast enough, nor does he have the stamina.
