Fun shopping trip!! J Crew can be pricey but their clothes are decent quality. The sweater was really pretty and I'm glad you were to get a different color at a cheaper price! Pretty sure that J Crew Factory (& the other "Factory-type stores) aren't "outlets" if you define outlet as selling the same clothes as the "regular" store but at a discount. Usually they are stocked with items made for the Factory stores (often lower quality)

Dr Dray, Dr Ellie Phillips DDS, has a video on a mouthcare regimen she put together & the toothpaste is Crest Cavity Protection. Make sure it’s the one with Sodium Fluoride as the first Ingredient. You also use mouthwashes you buy from the store. Also chewing xylitol mints( Zellies brand) to make your saliva the proper PH to strengthen or heal your teeth. I’m 61 & have been doing this regimen at bedtime. My dental hygienist noticed I had less plaque, but I NEVER tell them what I’m using because I know it costs the dentist money not having to work on my teeth. Well worth trying. All toothpastes are NOT the same.

i hit a point where i couldn’t figure out why things weren’t working out for me. other people seemed to manifest success effortlessly, while i stayed stuck. then i came across Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and the way it explains energy blew my mind. there’s a section in chapter 3 that really stands out-it helped me see how much power i already have.

I went to the outlet mall in my local area and the outlet mall was about as expensive as just going to the actual store. I went to the coach outlet and found a bag and the sign said 30% I think the bag was originally $150 making the bag about $105 not bad. I went to check out and it wasn't on sale. Only one bag on the table was on sale, the rest were full price 💀. I didn't even say I just walked out of the store.

highly recommend the audio book from Knitting Cult Lady - Uncultured by Daniella Mestyanek Young. She reads her own book about growing up in the Children of God cult, getting out going to High School & College and then joining the US Army. Great listen.
