Great recipe, just in the nick of time! As pointed out by some viewers, a thick kadhi is also served with fafda. This is essentially just like the traditional Gujarati kadhi, but has more besan; and hence becomes thicker like a dip. Also, some fried green chillies should also be served with fafda, to counterbalance the sweetness of jalebi.

Hi Chef.. Fafda is always served with kadhi aur green chutney. And the sweet sambharo is accompanied by the spicy version of the sambharo as well. And mirchi is, the big ones, is a mandatory thing. without the mirchi, fafda is incomplete and the jalebi of course in the end. :)
