The berries are sea-buckthorn berries / havtorn / Hippophaë rhamnoides. A little sour but very rich in vitamin-C, and really good with the coffee! ;)

Big skies and vast open water, details of insects and berries - lovely to see. Each frame is a pleasure to watch, your photographic style has influenced my amateur attempts at photography when I am out in the mountains. The autumn has arrived, bringing with it the special sights, atmospheres, smells and sounds of the season. Enjoy!

I like this very much - par excellence audio visual curation and production - but admittedly I can't wait for you upcoming winter vids. The unforgiving scandinavian winter audiovisual experience is really something else. Introspectively, it seems it allows me to get somewhat close to what our ancient ancestors (homo-sapiens, but also our direct cousins homo-erectus and homo-neanderthalensis) might have experienced. That escapism is actually my strongest motivation for the outdoors IMO. And because I'm in Aussie (which has the inverse survival environment of course), your vids enable this, I commend you for your audiovisual excellence. And also your obscenely strong coffees.

The other question I had was, just wondering why we haven’t seen the firebox stove out lately. I’m a twig stove nut and I absolutely love my twig stoves. Looked like there was plenty of wood for a firebox there. Anyway… that’s all i guess. Thank you again so much for the high production value in this work. It truly shows.
