you should built in a powerfull two stroke 50cc (or more). good exhaust pipe and carburator, light and fast. very simple asswell.

It sounds good.I bet it's easy for you to modify the 'spark arrestor' so it's shorter,and lets the sound out,but not the sparks so you and your brother can ride it in the orchards,etc;without starting dry grasses on fire./Bravo! Zvuči dobro. hey man ur top speed speed is very low try to put a cvt transmission in it like yamaha did in the tmax and honda did with the sh125 and u will see the big difference in speed . a 200 cc bike can go for more than 160 km/h

The original exhaust restricted the flow of the exhaust gases immense, this one has a larger diameter and no catalysator so less resistance for the fumes to escape. If the exhaust gases can get out of the combustion chamber faster, it can get more oxygen in the chamber because there's less CO², so you can burn more fuel to get more power.
