Also, I appreciate you clearing the fact that Falafel should be made with soaked chana only. NOT BOILED. I remember making them for the first time for my family but the video didn't have clear instructions and I ended up using boiled chana,it was so messy to fry them, falling apart, not crispy at all. Thank you. Crisp and clear instructions really help people trying recepis for the first time 😊
