It's not like they need everyone in the team to play every legend. Zer0 can cover Bang at all times and can do the mnk stuff they could need like Path, Crypto and Wattson if it's required that much. Hal can play basically all of the best legends, the only two he needs to work on are Wattson, and Pathfinders grapple Other than that, maybe Bang, if Zer0 plays someone else, which is unlikely as Hal would be the one to learn or switch because of the strength of Zer0's bang. Waltzy, I don't know much about but from the looks of it, his mistakes aren't due from his legend picks, but rather his decision making (the need to 1v3 and get 2 pumped in the face) And Pathfinder doesn't help him too much with the big ass hitbox in a shotgun meta.

I think it was the wrong move as well. Not only is Wxltzy a far worse fragger than Hal but Hal is a far worse support than Genburten. So you downgraded two roles with that move. They are definitely still early in the transition and can more than piece it together but on the face of it the move seems like a mistake.

Tbh to wal in those clips it was hardly his fault at all, most of them come from the IGL or on game 2 the audio, death 1 he's told to zip and while no one followed him, death 2 he gets balled by a Maggie that no one heard because apex is a really well designed game not built with some cardboards and glue, and death 3 he was getting shot from the back, rotated to cover and got unlucky with a ver-nade sending him to the enemy team. He is a really capable player but the team in general just ain't it Zer0 and Hal seem washed or should switch positions

NewCastle ult does not work on movie platforms. Pros learning this out the hard way because Oly is never in comp but it is for BLGs. There was also a moment where Monsoon got ratted on. He ran away to his team in countdown and using his ult he jumped to his teammate on the moving bridge platform in Countdown. His ult cancel and it got refunded back to him. It's a weird bug rarely seen before because the bridge only moves if you press the button. So it allowed the ult at first then stopped it. It was broken for Monsoon case because he used his ult twice in a row to get away from the team that ratted him then to jump to his teammate that helped him while he was fighting.

If falcons had their options open after splitting from Gen Gild would've been the best to slot in as a solid backbone/anchor player who gels into a team very easily. Maybe gild didn't want to be under another tough IGL after nrg, but trying to jam hal into a more passive role and giving wxltzy the fragger role is just not playing to strengths at all.
