As a foster in rescue, there are certain breeds I try to avoid fostering due to their high energy and need for a job. I am not in law enforcement; however, I felt so uncomfortable when I saw the female customs officer walking ahead of the woman arrested for having brought in 2.7 kilos of cocaine. The female customs officer even mentioned that they have to be extra alert. Really? She walked out of the room with a coffee cup on her hand, and the woman on her left following her. Yup, that was extra alert. Why would you have an unstable person walk behind you?
