This is gold. Great video mate. I've been searching for a goal that motivated me for a while now. Haven't settled on anything but haven't given it this type of focused thought. Will give it a go, and choose something that really gets me motivated.

This was a great video. I was extremely lean and ripped until about 4-5 months ago. Where depression took over my life. I'd just eat to manage my feelings. And it has been a struggle since to get back into my routine of eating in a calorie deficit. But this video has given me new hope. If i remember i'll update ya all in 3 months or so with how these tips worked for me. I think what you've shared might be some of the best advice and honest advice ive heard in a really long time. Thank you just saying it as it is. Definitely subbing! :)

Its also good to sometimes be inconsistent and have a break. Gives a reset to go again
