Awesome. Thanks for sharing. I wanted to go to this show but didn't trust my old truck and couldn't find anyone else to go. I was in the woods all day instead.

Lucky you being in the woods....It was a pretty good one. Good to see the fellers. Glad you liked it. Thanks!

Wish I would of knew about the show. Looked like great show. A few artisans I’m used to seeing in PA shows. Allen Martin had a nice Bucks county shimmel there I see. Definitely in my wish list.

It was a great show. Most of these shows are listed on the ALR forum in the Upcoming Events sub forum. Check it out. Al had some nice ones there for sure. The Bucks was a beaut. 👍🏻

Good stuff! I'm glad to see ads running on your vids but I hate the in-video ads.

Hey US! Did one run during? I need to make sure they don't. I just monetized and these were the first videos that ran monetized. Of course only 25% of my videos are actually monetized, mainly the ones where i don't hold a gun or shoot it....

I fixed it. I hate the midroll ads too.

Great video, unfortunately I cant visit any of these great US shows due to the border closure. The question I have is the following, were there any of these great rifle makers producing left hand models?
@BlackPowderTV4 жыл бұрын
Oh sure. Lots of lefties on show. Most of those guys build to order so they’ll make what you want. 👍🏻

Good stuff Bob! Quick question: At 2:41, the knives on the right of the screen, what is the texturing on the handles? Looks like something between corn cob and snake skin.
@BlackPowderTV4 жыл бұрын
Jack’s been messing around with handling knives with stabilized corn cobs. They work great and are hard as a rock. Great grip. I have two of them. I’ll try to remember to show them up close in an upcoming video. 👍🏻

What type of wood is it that looks like "tiger stripes"? Good grief that is beautiful.

It’s Curly Maple. Beautiful wood for sure. 👍🏻

Great video Bob . Wish i'd have known about the show , I'm only about an hour and forty minutes due north of Sharonville. I'm new to flintlock rifle's . How do you get info on these events and do you have to be a member of any organization to attend ? Thanks again .
@BlackPowderTV4 жыл бұрын
Hey Dan. No need to be a member for any of the shows except the Contemporary Longrifle Association Show, but even that one you can pay your member fee at the door. I mostly hear by word of mouth but many of the shows are posted on the American Longrifle Forum in the Upcoming Shows/Events sub forum. Check it out at americanlongrifles.org. Thanks Dan!
