Hey Matt, good seeing you again 😁 Haven't seen much new content from you lately, and glad to see you're still cooking. These tamales (or pasteles in Hispanic Caribbean cuisine) look wonderful! I would totally add a little bit of "frijoles" inside; just to cut the rich, fatty short rib 🍖 (a delicious cut of beef you chose 👍) Even some pork shoulder (pernil), and even an inexpensive rotisserie chicken 🍗 works nicely, as well as keeping it vegan for "those" Folks 🤭😏😂 Great recipe for the upcoming cooler months, Holidays🎄 Thanks for being who you are ✌️🗽
