And it’s a content thing too. Every HOI4 game I’ve ever watched I love the battles on the eastern front and I really think it’s kinda the deterring factor of the war and how good you are as a player, it’s impressive when you encircle dozens of divisions whereas you can’t really fight that kinda fight against the allies in France

It is hard to pull off those kinds of maneuvers in the east while having a force with tanks and everything, capable of beating the allies in the west. In some of these games the soviets get most of their tanks encircled, freeing up the axis' tanks to go push out dday, and by the time the axis' tanks get back to the eastern front, the soviets have replaced all of the tanks they lost.

@@aussiemilitant4486 in the last stream, bo was playing japan and had, as he does quite regulary, beat the US navy. he proceeded to help the european axis with defending d-day because italy promised hed be able to beat the uk navy, if bo damages it enough. little did bo know, while he did heavily damage the uk's navy, italy was in fact, not able to beat it, due to most of italys ships being little more than tons and tons of steel with a single gun on them

The Fallschirmjager (Germen paratroopers) didn't fight the British until The Battle of Crete 1941 after the Germans helped the Italians invading Greece but after The Battle of Crete they were used as regular troops because how bad the Battle want even though they won

MP and SP templats differs A LOT. Idk if Bo plays a lot of SP HoI. But for infantry/mar/moun it's 7inf 2 art or 14inf 4 art atleast. Tanks differs a bit but generally just keep to 20 or 40 width with majority tanks and you'll be fine

German paratroopers.They were good at first but during the invasion of Crete,they were not the superweapon that Hitler thought they were.The whole island was literred with the corpses of Germans.They took the island but at what cost.both Greeks and Brits gave them a tough lesson
