great video, you guys have turned my frown upside down to a smile. i am not allowed to be on a vegan diet medical reasons, but some of the foods aren't bad especially the dairy free stuff it doesn't hurt the stomach as I'm intolerance to lactose. so lucky to be able to eat tofu i love it but can't have it intolerance soy beans.

You did great with the yellow food challenge. How about the rest of the colours of the rainbow, ie red one day, pink another day, green, purple blue! Sorry bob lol. Going totally off track but how about a day where jamie chooses an outfit for jojo and jojo chooses jamies outfit? I think it would be interesting to see. You could also score there outfits. U could possibly even get the ckothes from charity shops? But anywhere woukd be good. 🙂

Hi 👋 🤗 The third ingredient in black salt, also known as Kala namak it is a type of salt that tastes like egg :) For the matcha I use 1/2 tsp matcha 1/4 tsp turmeric I cup of boiled water 7 dates 1/3 cup of Cashews OPTIONAL 1/4 tsp ashwaganda 1/4 tsp Amla I just put it all in my blender until creamy. You can adjust the amounts to your taste. Enjoy 😊
