But the answer becomes pretty apparent when you consider Gary and his children. As he is a "White" man who has children who are "Mixed". That's the brilliance of the joke. It takes something real world that real people have to deal with and converts it into comedy. But it is something that any couple in an intercultural relationship has to think about. It isn't just "Black" and "White". It applies to any relationship where you have to negotiate cultural differences.

This made me cry. Tears of joy and laughter. I have been treated the best by black people when I almost died in the hospital- the black nurses were the nicest and most caring. I’m not even black famous. I was just a regular smegular white girl. Honest to God I believe more black people follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. And they HELP THE DOWNTRODDEN AND THEIR FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS. Honest to God truth. I know it from experience. No black famous required. Black people have proven that to me. ❤😊❤ God bless the nurses especially at University of Cincinnati ICU and trauma unit. Thank God for you. I pray you all hit the lottery or get anything God has waiting in your bright futures. 🎉🎉🎉🎉. I couldn’t have fought like hell to live without black women telling me I could. I was fighting for my life and not my family or friends- black women I DO NOT KNOW- held my hand and prayed with me. Honest to Jesus Christ truth.
