The Abbey Road Live Version is The Ultimate Version and Adele was in the same Studios and walked in and stood at the back and said it was the best live performance she had ever heard. Paolo (Pow Low) is a Scottish Italian from Paisley. I live in the next town. Paolo is criminally underrated. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

People say the studio version is better, but Paolo is one of those whose live performances are each unique, however he is moved to sing at that point. This festival was in front of the home crowd at TRNSMT here in Glasgow and I think it’s fabulous. ❤❤❤❤

Pow-Low - Paulo Scottish with Italian ancestry - there's a whole village in Italy with Scottish relations, quite proud of that 😁 The best version of this song is live at Abbey Rd. The spoken word part is Charlie Chaplin in The Great Dictator. Check out Scream (Funk My Life Up) both the official video & acoustic version are really good but quite different. Pencil Full of Lead, Candy, Better Man all worth a listen.

Paolo has a great voice, you can hear his Scottish accent coming through in many performances. Last Request was his breakthrough hit when he was just 18 back in around 2006, there’s a great performance of that live on the Jools Holland show as his debut. Check out his catalogue.
