Naah, a vocal moment that genuinely shocked me was Faouzia's final performance on chinese singer. Those runs of the climax genuinely shocked me, Not neccessarily because Faouzia doesn't run (because it's common knowledge that she's that agile) but because she'd managed to incorperate the runs into a song that wasn't designed with them, and not only managed to make the runs sound right in the song, but used them in a way that actually escalated the energy of the song to make it final-performance worthy.

2:27 I wouldn't say it was a bad vocal day, it's just that her voice was REALLY dry because of the alcohol/weed😭 she had a lot of great moments up to E5, great sustained notes and creative, fluid runs that night!

If anything it was the best vocal day of 2015 except for maybe the Beacon shows. Like she was just kind of inconsistent, in WBT her belts didn’t sound that dry

Her voice wasn’t in the top shape that Beacon had, but she had so much confidence in attempting notes and she wasn’t FOCUSING much on the notes, they just came out. One thing I noticed sometimes with Mariah, when she doesn’t focus much on her vocals, sometimes they just come out easily, when she was preggers with dem kids and sang MIH, she wasn’t focusing and just produced prime level vocals.
