I'm not sure why you speed this up during the construction parts. It's quite fiddly and seeing what goes where is kind of important. I kept having to slow the video down and back up again, which is a pain. (Also some parts are obscured by your hands and the angle they are constructed at.) Some instructions in the kit or There are also a bunch of spare clips, some of different shapes, and it's not clear what they are for. Are they to hold the floors? To attach the roofs? For different configurations?

I am ok with speeding it up, but rotate the completed structure. That is the most basic move that I am shocked they don't do.

Is it possible to reconfigure this into an L shape, with the wooden section at the back of the house?

The middle segment is longer than it is wide, making it unsuited for becoming the corner-piece AND it has two little support beams sticking out (to "hold" the upper floor) in the wall that connects to the wodden section, thus making the wodden section also unusable as corner-piece. You could try to fix these problems with walls from other sets, but then you are just building your own thing, instead of reconfiguring this one. So sadly, the answer is no.

The video is too fast about the construction. Think about your customer who don't know where the clips goes etc... we don't want the fastest video but to take time to construct the building as there are no notice in the box... you speed up the video not at the good moment exemple for the roof.

Hi ! Is there a reason NOT to glue the ground floors to the main structure? I think it will be easier to have it glued and can give even more strength to the structure, but I am asking because maybe I am missing something. Thanls in advance!

It's mostly to do with re-usability, you might want to use the components in a completely different build. Also, it's easier to flat-pack for storage. If you're positive that you won't need to store the items flat or reuse the parts for other projects feel free to glue, it's your terrain :)

So, you can remove roofs to put minis inside. So this could be used both for wargaming and for a paper rpg. Is nice.
