Awesome advice sir, but please can you also make a video on how much workout we should do for a particular muscle. For example: the chest muscle, how many exercises and how many sets per exercise in a day for every muscle in order for the muscle to grow properly. Thanks a lot for your advice!!!👍👍

Rest is essential . Stop training . But correctional simple static exercises can heal injury very easily and early. Pain relief needs anatomically precise exercises.

Hello friend,see there is no wrong in training with heavy weights.To gain size after proper warm up you have to go with heavy weights as per your body capability.Also you have to eat more food before and after your workout so that you can lift heavy and also recover fast.Before workout u can have more carb foods like bannana, rice,potato and after workout more protien foods along with little carb. This is a easy calculation for general gym goers,hope it helps.

I m cured not completely but 90 percent ,do not go to gym for at least 3 weeks use arm sling for 3 weeks ,take care of ur shoulder properly do not try to forcely lift ur hand ,eat protein after 3 weeks when u go to gym do only free squats for 1 week then start doing back u won't be able to do chest ,stretch ur shoulder before workout ,after 5 weeks start doing pushups slowly it will recover completely but for 3 weeks take serious care of ur soldier using arm sling or any thing that will help u to hold ur hand in folding position u can do workout suggested by physio therapist

sir actually mera ek baar shoulder dislocate hua toh maine use normal rest se sahi kiya but jab next time jab shoulder dislocate hua toh maine city scan karwaya shoulder ka toh pata chala shoulder joint me 0.9mm ka gap aa gaya hai aur uske beech me leegament fas gaye hai jiske chalte mera shoulder baar baar dislocate hone ka darr bana rahta hai toh sir plz koi tareeka bataye sir jisse leegament joint ke beech se khatam ho jaye aru shoulder dislocate na ho sir plz rply
