Awesome advice sir, but please can you also make a video on how much workout we should do for a particular muscle. For example: the chest muscle, how many exercises and how many sets per exercise in a day for every muscle in order for the muscle to grow properly. Thanks a lot for your advice!!!👍👍

I'm having pain in my center chest and I have to crack it to get relief. My X-ray is fine. It's been 4 months now. Doctor says it's a muscle injury. Don't know what to do?

Guru Mann i really like ur tricks.. i have vry serious wrist injury.. doc said i cant lift weight for 6 months.. plz suggest me some workout to do evn in wrist injury also.. my body is degrading and its really frustating to loose all my muscle nd becoming fat🙁 .. plz suggest..😞

ANKIT KUMAR Tum gym jake cardio karo,legs k kuch exercise kar sakte ho and abbs workout vi kar sakte ho.Lekin totally give up mat kar dena,gym jate raho.Aur Frustration se apni diat mat kharap karna.Bas daily calorie intake carbs decrease karke thori kam kardo.Get well soon and best of luck😃

ANKIT KUMAR bhai same with me occurs now....doctors told its a partially wrist muscles broken....so they told me take rest for 1.5 months...😭....and same like you my body is disappearing...😭😭

Rest is essential . Stop training . But correctional simple static exercises can heal injury very easily and early. Pain relief needs anatomically precise exercises.

Guru sir, I am regularly working out boy, and always, take my Diet and supplements, but unfortunately I have removed my appendix 2 weeks ago, before that I regularly worked out and I had all supplements in my Diet, now I am losing weight, surgeon told me that, you can't take, eggs and chicken at least one month, I am losing weight, Sir please tell me can I take wheyprotein bcaa omega 3 in my Diet?

Hi Guru Mann, u have covered almost all d topics but I think u should also make some videos on tennis elbow n wrist injury..Bcz v achieve our aim easily but it's difficult to get rid on these injuries... (assuming u read comments on ur videos)

Muhammad Zubair first thing start using heat pad on injured muscle and correct your posture do not lift weight it can cause more harm to your muscle start eating spinach whole eggs meat chicken milk cashew brocolli almonds pomegranate beetroot walnuts and sea foods brother dont ignore it i m suffering from injury for 1.5 year so please be sincere 👍

Hello friend,see there is no wrong in training with heavy weights.To gain size after proper warm up you have to go with heavy weights as per your body capability.Also you have to eat more food before and after your workout so that you can lift heavy and also recover fast.Before workout u can have more carb foods like bannana, rice,potato and after workout more protien foods along with little carb. This is a easy calculation for general gym goers,hope it helps.

Pravesh Sharma yes brother. I m cured not completely but 90 percent ,do not go to gym for at least 3 weeks use arm sling for 3 weeks ,take care of ur shoulder properly do not try to forcely lift ur hand ,eat protein after 3 weeks when u go to gym do only free squats for 1 week then start doing back u won't be able to do chest ,stretch ur shoulder before workout ,after 5 weeks start doing pushups slowly it will recover completely but for 3 weeks take serious care of ur soldier using arm sling or any thing that will help u to hold ur hand in folding position u can do workout suggested by physio therapist

sir actually mera ek baar shoulder dislocate hua toh maine use normal rest se sahi kiya but jab next time jab shoulder dislocate hua toh maine city scan karwaya shoulder ka toh pata chala shoulder joint me 0.9mm ka gap aa gaya hai aur uske beech me leegament fas gaye hai jiske chalte mera shoulder baar baar dislocate hone ka darr bana rahta hai toh sir plz koi tareeka bataye sir jisse leegament joint ke beech se khatam ho jaye aru shoulder dislocate na ho sir plz rply

vai mey ek problem me hu....at the very begining at gym i had no knowladge about gym...i workedout biceps & triceps together ..at a point i lost my muscle space... it bacame thin...mera muscle chap gaya ..... i cant grow my muscle like before ....very big problem i m facing ...give me some soluation....Allah apka vala karega ......pls watch my cmnt
