For a vert tall guy, muscle up should be so much harder. You must be naturally very strong

Good video Josh, look a lot stronger in the right photo, Josh with the extra strength should be able to run a faster marathon & half marathon, with the extra muscle up are you looking at certain events further down the track that the muscle up will help?

@@gokiwi2642 thanks very much. I don't think all the extra muscle weight will help. With marathon training the weight would come off quick. Still unfinished business with the marathon. Maybe next year for another crack!
