Hi five - I stayed with you throughout and even did some high impact! I'm really motivated to use this week well to up my fitness level. I may be 61 but I plan to be fit and well into my 90s - my mum is 97 and still going strong. Thank you Jessica x

Didn't do this one today, but my 4 year old did! She did the entire 30 mins. I did the entire 15 min Walk on series today. I The elixir of youth is incredible. She worked up a sweat, had on my headphones I joined in- your workouts are addictive- at about 20 mins. We stretched together and she's out like a light tonight! She loves peanut and we do your walking workouts together. She tries to do weights, but discourage her, but I love that she went to Jessica and Peanut herself. You've got 4-year old fan girl! Her mountain climbers are pretty awesome!

I have been doing mostly workouts from your DVDs lately, so I decided to browse through the youtube videos for a change of pace. When I saw the Lose Your Love Handles playlist, I just had to try it. I remember seeing it a while back, but hadn't made the commitment to regular exercise at that time and I know for sure I've never done this one before. I am a sweaty mess right now! I tried to do a mixture of high and low impact, but I did all the ones that were "plank-like" on the chair. You wore me out today, Jessica! Thanks!

I have been searching, surfing online for over 3 months for a FREE, quick, effective, challenging HIIT Ab w/Cardio workout that didn't force me to workout in silence after being forced to MUTE the instructor... for obviously annoying reasons. And the workout track/music you selected was perfect for HIIT, LUV IT! I'm sold!

Wow, just discovered your website and all the different workouts! There is something for every day, mixing up the intensities and the focus. I did a ballet flow and really enjoyed it, did not feel hard, but boy did my back muscles feel sore on the next day! And then this HIIT cardio, brilliant balance, hard enough to feel you have worked out and not too hard so you can still enjoy the rest of your day. Thank you so much.

Hi Stephanie! Your best bet is to try several on and test them out in the store (it may sound funny, but I always try on my sports wear and jump around, squat, etc in it to make sure it moves well on my body). Brands I like are moving comfort, under armour and lululemon- but much of it depends on your size and support needs :-) Hope that helps!

Jessica's comment regarding thinking about the muscle make so much sense. Before I purchase a new workout DVD or embark on a challenging workout via KZbin, I watch a clip or the whole workout so I know what is coming next. I always feel good watching it and wondered why. Obviously not as good after doing the workout.

Did the first workout today which was extremely challeging. This was such a great workout, and I so much enjoyed the inclusion of core work. I had to break down on some of the exercise and do the modified versions. Thanks so much Jessica for always making so many wonderful free workouts. I purchased both of the walking DVDs and enjoy doing those too. Whenever, I am not feeling like working out I rememer your phrase "fake till you make it"

Got this done today with a 60 minute walk video. I am a little behind on this challenge. My internet was terrible for 10 days. I could only hear your voice on KZbin. I did get my 60 minute walk DVD in each day, and I did Gilad's total body sculpt. I am so happy KZbin is working again!

I've always been kind of scared of HIIT workouts, but for this one I thought, well, if Jessica is leading it, I'll try it. I made it through it! It was hard, but the time just flew by! I could really feel my arms working at the end to hold me up for the plank/stretch move and then reaching for the climbers, let alone every other body part :). Thank you, Jessica!

Day 18. I was able to keep up with Jessica by using a chair for some of the moves which made it very doable for someone my age. I worked up quite a sweat and I love this workout!

What a fun workout! Everything was doable but hard at the same time. I suffer from SAD seasonal affective disorder and cardio workouts are key to feeling good through the tough winter months. I had done this one before and probably commented before too. This bears repeating. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this workout and the format. To use standing abs while in recovery is perfect! This is challenging and actually FUN to do. Thanks Jessica. I have this one bookmarked. Would buy this workout on a DVD it is SO good!

Have to comment again. as I did this yesterday as I am trying to work my way through your spring forward workouts...this is a great one...love the recovery in between exertion sets. It is tough and I am a sweaty mess when I am through. Peanut cracks me up.

Day 1 of the Lose Your Love Handles complete. OMG. That was incredibly tough. I did every single easy option available, but I am sweating like mad. I was able to do the jogging at the beginning, but then it started bothering my knees so I went to a walk. I had to pause a few times to get my breath back before moving to the next HIIT move, but I did it all! HIGH 10, Jessica. Keep helping me to keep my fat crying! Yeah!!

This is an excellent workout and fun too. I did this after a strength training day yesterday and my body was sore this morning. It feels much better after this. Great that there are low impact options. I didn't need the chair until the last exercise but on the second round moved to the floor plank and walked it. I am remembering our goal of progress rather than perfection. I am a sweaty mess . I have some more time this morning and feel that I really need a good stretch so going to follow this one with a stretching workout.

Day 2 Done!! I worked all day, then spent an hour raking and bagging leaves, then came in to do this!! OMG - I'm so glad you put modified versions of some of the more intense moves! I am a sweaty mess - but I'm proud that I push this 56 year old body!! See you tomorrow :)

loved it. high five! I love all interval workouts so I knew I would like this. I really liked the reverse cool down, too. instead of just going right to marching or sidestepping... that was a more challenging way to bring the heartbeat back down.

Jessica, I'm so excited about this week. I love focusing on abs, especially when it's combined with serious cardio. This workout leaves me a sweaty mess but it's one I actually choose to do fairly often. I'm going to combine the weekly workouts with the Low Impact Weight Loss Plan for the next month so I also did Cardio Core Walk and I feel fantastic! Thanks so much for all you give to us!

This is a great workout! I have done it before. I used my step (8"). Easier than the floor but more challenging than the chair. Although the split squads I did on a chair. Paused a few times and walked around to calm my heart rate a bit. Stayed high impact for the rest but may not have been going quite as fast as you were on some moves. This is one where practice will make progress 😊. See you all tomorrow!
