Words can not describe how much I admire Jessica Smith. No one has ever made me feel so motivated to work out consistently. I love being active but previously found myself in ruts (using only the elliptical or only going on bike rides) but with the variety of workouts Jessica and Peanut provide I am able to find a work out to fit my mood/activity needs. The HITT interval work outs are my favorite but I also love the strength training videos because she really explains proper form. Over the last 6 months I've gradually transformed into a more sculpted and leaner person and other people definitely take notice! (I give credit where credit is due and have suggested many people try the workouts). Jessica, thank you so much for your inspiring take on working out. I look forward to getting up and working out with you and Peanut every day!

Cheers for the Video! Apologies for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Dinanlinson Crazy Tactic Approach (do a google search)? It is a good one off product for discovering how to use short burst interval training to get that beach body without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my best friend Jordan at last got cool success with it.

Jessica Smith, You are by far my favorite, go-to exercise instructor! Not only do you do an amazing job leading and motivating your viewers, but you are modest in your choice of workout clothes and your choice of words!! All thanks to you I'm 2 sizes down my dress size. I never workout to any other videos but yours. You are amazing. I started working out in 2014 December and I was only doing walking workouts and I tried doing hit cardio but failed. Now in 2016 I can workout to hiit cardio without fail. I feel stronger, healthier and better about myself all thanks to you. :) love your workouts! Who needs the gym to lose weight! :)

There is literally no style of workout that Jessica Smith has not perfected!! Her philosophy on fitness has completely changed my life and how I feel about fitness. Her variety is unsurpassed and she does all styles with the upmost regard for safety, proper form and effectiveness. One of the best fitness instructors you will ever find!!! Keep up the great work, Jessica!!

I completely agree with Dani's comments below. Jessica's combination of modest dress AND demeanor are so encouraging and motivating! I have been using her DVDs and You Tube videos for a few years now and love all of them. Her cues and tips on how to keep the workouts challenging and safe are fantastic. Thank you, Jessica!

Excellent . Tough but doable. Love all your workouts. Your instructions are clear and you focus on form and offer modifications. You are genuine, warm and down to earth. I also love watching your very cute dog!

Great workout! You are a great, professional instructor! I love what you said at the end about not comparing ourselves to other people. Hard intervals but not discouraging. How can you talk during them?! Thanks for posting this!

Thank you, Jessica! Hope you are well. It was 2007 when I discovered your videos and I enjoyed doing them. My efforts to exercise have compounded since then. I am now an active gym member since February of this year. You are one of the people who helped me get this far. I am 66 and very healthy🤩

WOW! I LOVED IT!! I am sweating from head to toe but .......... feel GREAT! This & Cardio Abs have now made it to the top of my fave list! I had asked you about a month ago how to modify burpees & mountain climbers and today I was able to do them without modifying them and kept up with you the majority of the time! That really shows me how much I have improved after doing your videos for a month! I still have plenty of room to grow..... love the challenge! ;-) GREAT WORKOUT!

I started following you several months ago... I could only do a ten minute low impact aerobic set. I used your videos and gradually worked up to the half hour of high intensity interval training. I love it. I tell all my friends to follow you because you can start out slow and work your way up.... I am down from a size 16 to a size 10. You are the best, I love your videos...

Jennifer thanks sooo much for your completely addictive exercise videos. What a revelation for me as I have always exercised in my living room with my labrador dog and cat practically sitting on me during my exercises so I felt like I'd found a friend when I found you. I look forward to exercising with you now almost everyday and am so relieved to see that I am not the only one who has to exercise around their animals!

This was a great workout.I have been doing your workouts for three weeks now with no days off. Everyday is something different whether it be yoga, Pilates, HITT or weight training. I have lost 7 pounds and I just want to say thank you Jessica you have been such an inspiration to me and you keep me motivated.

It brings me great pleasure to say I absolutely finished this workout, and I did my best and moved through the nausea which I never like in a workout. It is crazy hot here with humidity crazy too, so I had to modify for the heat and not to hurt myself. Day 10 DONE! Jessica, there are no such thing as "fun burpees!" in my life, but I did them with the chair.

Day 10 Done.Did this one early this morning.Had to make low impact because of my health. But also I just don't want to do high impact exercise moves for my joints sake.So I'm grateful I learned how to modify from you Jessica.Also thanks for the encouraging words during your workouts.:) No mountain climbers until my chest is better.Can't bring myself to do burpees.Next time I will replace with pushups.I love pushups and broccoli too, more asparagus.Energy goal 6-7min.Dance Stretch.Great routine.

W3 D3 Done! My only experience with Hiit was with a low impact Cathe video & I almost threw up ha so I was really nervous about this one. It was tough but 30 minutes is perfect! Since I was in dread mode, I started off with your Cardio Flow from Total Body Balance DVD to get me in the zone. Burned perfect amount of calories and feel great. Thank you again Jessica, I will keep this one on my list!

Why was I nervous? You took great care w/us with this very well cued work out! I have done other that left me screaming!! It is much better to feel the intensity of this workout w/out the absolute drain! Thank you again for you excellent teaching style!

I missed another day of our challenge, had to do 2 yesterday to catch up and felt myself ready to give up the challenge all together today. So glad I didn't! This was fun and I loved it for so many reasons. Peanut & Scarlett are mirror images - I felt you were talking directly to me ("stay low" on the squats just as I was getting to tall) - the modifications - the inspiration - just everything. It's REALLY hard for met to fit in a work out every day and you've really helped! Thank you!! -ingrid

Day 11 done! I substituted the indoor jogging because I couldn't bring myself to do a HIIT workout, still dealing with a head cold and I get dizzy easily. Didn't realize how much I would be sweating with the indoor jogging...OMG what a great workout!! My calfs will be feeling this tomorrow (in a good way) and my glutes were still feeling yesterdays workout! Jessica, you are the best :)

Checking In! Day 10 completed! Speaking of ten, this morning marks that I have officially lost 10 pounds! It took about 6 weeks but I think it is because I am gaining muscle? Was a little worried about doing this one, but I did it! Felt so good afterwards I did Tabata, too! I've also noticed that my muscle soreness/recovery time is getting faster. Thanks to you, Jessica, and your fabulous workouts!!

Checking in - I am so pleased today because I did this workout about 3 weeks ago and it killed me. Today was still difficult but it was noticeably easier. I am getting fitter!

I really enjoyed how you integrated simple yoga stretches into the barre. Thanks for a full body workout at a sane pace. Dudes need to get out of the weight section in gyms and get onto your routines.

Day 11 done! My first challenge today was just choosing to get on the mat because I was a little tired and my glutes were begging for mercy from yesterday. Challenge accepted, challenge complete and I feel surprisingly good. Looking forward to tomorrow workout. I can't believe I'm saying that!
