@@ektajain9271 I'm 161cm (5'3) and 55kg (about 122pounds) and I burnt 261 calories from start to finish. That's quite a lot for me. Not many workouts are as intense as this for me. I'm quite happy with the intensity and calorie burn. (I'm using a fit bit versa 3 to track my calories)

One of the many things I love about doing workouts again after a few months is seeing the improvements in strength & endurance. Definitely noticed that today. I did this one at the beginning of the year & seriously struggled but today I kicked butt 🔥

This was killer!! I did the first set with my 5lb dumbbells but had to step down to 2lbs for the second set. I’ve been doing your workout calendar for over a year and this was the first time in a long while I had to pause and take a couple extra breaks so my HR could get down. Omg this is pretty tough girl, I almost died!! I did with 1.5 kg weight in each hand and burned 450 calories. Though i took more breaks this was fun....will definitely do it again and try to take less breaks to improve my strength and stamina😊

Did this today and burnt 300 calories, but opted for low impact moves for the jumping exercises. This still burns. I am glad I did it. Will go back to this for sure

I am unable to complete this. I stopped completely at the 28th minute, took longer breaks in between and am completely drenched. This is challenging me, and I will attempt to follow thru and complete this workout in the next few weeks. Also, definitely more fat burning than jogging 30mins. Thanks Heather for the motivation and challenge!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!

I don’t know why, but kickboxing is my favorite cardio workout (second only to jogging/running, which I’m currently unable to do). I just get in the zone mentally and physically in a way that I can’t with any other cardio exercises. Thanks for this sweat sesh Heather! It felt amazing! 😅🙌🏾

Wow! I did this workout early this morning and it really challenged me! My hear rate got to 168 at one point! I really liked this. It made me sweat even though I modified a bit and burned 230 calories. Thanks to your amazing workouts which include warm up and cooldown (exactly what I was looking for) , I've been able to stay consistent for 2 years now. I love all your workout Heather!
