This was extremely good hard but good. Love cardio kickboxing Heather you did a great job with this one. I’ve kickboxer before and your moves are on point. I added hand weights and now I’m going to use the bag. HR 177 on point ! Thanks Heather been with you since march 2020 and still going strong ! Hope all have a beautiful and blessed Tuesday.

Loved it!! Didn't turn the tracker on until the initial 10 minutes have passed and was interrupted multiple times by family, greatly slowed me down. But still burned 172 kCal in just last 30 minutes. Thanks

Not going to lie … I groan every time this workout shows up on the calendar. I think it is one of your hardest cardio workouts. A labour of love for sure.

One of the many things I love about doing workouts again after a few months is seeing the improvements in strength & endurance. Definitely noticed that today. I did this one at the beginning of the year & seriously struggled but today I kicked butt 🔥

Did this today and burnt 300 calories, but opted for low impact moves for the jumping exercises. This still burns. I am glad I did it. Will go back to this for sure

Total fire! I did this 4 months ago.. n re did it again this morning and it is still challenging. Please do more cardio kickboxing! I love your format . Its genius. Heart rate jacked .. i used 2 pound wrist weights.. ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉

love this type of cardio! great pace with only 15 second rest in between each move. keeps the heart rate up and time goes by quickly.

I loved the high energy of this, even if I had to modify. I'd break down the 45 secs into 15 secs to motivate myself to stay strong. Thanks HR

@@ektajain9271 I'm 161cm (5'3) and 55kg (about 122pounds) and I burnt 261 calories from start to finish. That's quite a lot for me. Not many workouts are as intense as this for me. I'm quite happy with the intensity and calorie burn. (I'm using a fit bit versa 3 to track my calories)

Okay this was a KILLER sweat sesh! I couldn't believe it when I looked at my watch and saw 340 calories burned... I know our watches aren't accurate but I am still blown away by it 😅 this was crazy and I loved it! You're a queen, Heather!!

This was killer!! I did the first set with my 5lb dumbbells but had to step down to 2lbs for the second set. I’ve been doing your workout calendar for over a year and this was the first time in a long while I had to pause and take a couple extra breaks so my HR could get down. Thanks Heather for the intense and killer workout!!

I am unable to complete this. I stopped completely at the 28th minute, took longer breaks in between and am completely drenched. This is challenging me, and I will attempt to follow thru and complete this workout in the next few weeks. Also, definitely more fat burning than jogging 30mins. Thanks Heather for the motivation and challenge!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!

After taking two days off of working out. This was a super booster workout for me. It was a little hard but I kept at it. Finished. Feeling good, Refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of my day. Thanks Heather! 💪🏼

I really liked this. It made me sweat even though I modified a bit and burned 230 calories. Thanks to your amazing workouts which include warm up and cooldown (exactly what I was looking for) , I've been able to stay consistent for 2 years now. I love all your workout Heather!
