I am a 65 yr old lady and have been exercising my whole adult life. I discovered your chanel when the pandemic began and have been following your exercises. I love them!! It has changed my physique for the better and i must say i look great. But of course i follow a good diet too like you recommended. I have not returned to the gym. I dont need it. I have you! This was awesome I found you a few weeks ago and I am loving your workouts also your music my son is a musician and is always trying to get his music out there he is on like Amazon music , ITunes , Bandcamp , Spotify etc but I will have to check to see if he put his music on the platform you use and if not how he can his name is Nicholas Lurwick I just love that you use the music less listened to like my sons so many struggling artist out there like him love to have a chance of their music being heard by a larger audience this is so awesome of you !! And Thanks for these amazing workouts I am hooked at 50 I was looking for more lower impact workouts that incorporate weights so thank you so much !

When I started working out I used robertas gym it was very effective but it was always the same ol same. When I lost a stone I started with Heather's and I've stuck by it because hers are always something new and challenging.

I did this one again today and one of my favorites! Love the length of time, combo of strength and cardio, reps, and doing 40 secs of strength followed by 60 secs of cardio ! I want more like this! Love you Heather! ❤

I loved this one! Just one request whenever possible :) Sometimes when I use weights I don't know how much is the suitable one for each exercise. It would be awesome if in the description you could write it down as a guide, so we can have an idea of which weight should be used in every exercise (leg, arm, chest...)
