The richest person on earth 🌍 is the person 🧍 who feels happy / at peace/ content in solitude & even with little or nothing externally/ materially.. 🧘 It’s a mindset that brings peace/ happy/content- it’s internally not externals that bring true joy 💕

1:00 - To grow and discover, you must leave your comfort zone and face the unknown. 2:00 - Gradually stepping into discomfort builds the habit of overcoming fear. 3:00 - Understanding yourself refines both body and mind, impacting your actions. 4:00 - A mindset of lack causes constant chasing of external goals, but fulfillment starts with inner completeness. 5:00 - Society’s concepts of success can mislead you, but you are complete from birth. 6:00 - Chasing material desires follows a never-ending pattern, requiring self-awareness to break. 7:00 - True satisfaction comes from internal realization, not from external conditions. 8:00 - Don’t base life satisfaction on external circumstances; focus on internal fulfillment. 9:00 - Your existence is the greatest gift, and nothing external can take that away. 10:00 - Possessions aren’t the issue, but attachment to them is-enjoy without identification. 11:00 - Reflect on how past thinking has shaped you and take responsibility for your life.

In part I’ve always been on the correct path although I may have taken a wrong turn or two from which I may have learned good or bad.The mist may have fallen but I was still being guided by that internal feeling, needless I’ve still learned from that moment.I can now see again and feel I am on the correct road once again ❤🙏👊🗻✌️

Thank you dear Master Shi Heng Yi for sharing your wisdom and good vibes with this Universe. 🙏💜🕊🕉✡️⚛️☯️✝️☪️🕉 "Krṣņa The Supreme Personality of Godhead Second Canto" Chapter 3 p.17 "Then King Yudhisthira also praised Krṣņa as the Supreme Personality and universal friend of everyone, but because Krṣņa was taking special care of the Pāņḍavas, King Yudhiṣṭhira said: "My dear Krṣņa, we do not know what sort of pious activities we have executed in our past lives that have made You so kind and graceful to us. We know very well that the great mystics who are always engaged in meditation to capture You do not find it easy to obtain such grace, nor can they draw any personal attention from You. I cannot understand why You are so kind upon us. We are not yogīs, but, on the contrary, we are attached to material contaminations. We are householders dealing in politics, worldly affairs. I do not know why You are so kind upon us."

If only one of our desire is to have a beautiful clean earth. Then we will spend our time looking at solutions to getting rid of all the wastage that is being dump daily on earth. We will have more incite in the destruction we are causing. Maybe spending more time in nature will cultivate the idea for more trees and to preserve what we have. Our desire is the choice we are making either to create a more balance world or a destructive one. It's all up to us. Much love always ❤❤🙏💌😊🧚♂️

Dear Shi Heng Yi, May l have a question? How are we able to distinguish laziness and fear? When we try to characterize ourself? Example. I managed to start a school and started to study what l was interested in, but surprisingly l don't study at all. I have to study subject what l am not intersted in. And l am not able to take any books in to my heand, only when l feel l am capable to do it and l work slowly. I have alwasy been like this. In all my life. Work slower because l need more tolime than others. And there is a lot of pressure from school, causes cramp. I can not decide what the truth is. I am not really sure if l am not just cheasing a desire...(?)

how can life be a gift if we knew nothing before being alive. There was no good or bad before being alive as far as we know. Life is a "gift" if you make it or someone makes your life good. Like if you are homeless or struggling with mental disorders and have very low chances of getting better alone, that life will be almost just suffering.
