This Crab Cocktail with Tomato Jam and Avocado Cream is my favourite dish at a new restaurant here in Zurich called Brasserie Süd. I think it has everything a dish needs, and a big plus is that I just love Crab in all shapes and forms. It's savoury, sweet and salty at the same time, with a nice acidity. Crab, Tomato and Avocado is a match made in heaven. A big plus is that you can make extra Tomato Jam and use it for meany other nice things. Think steak sandwich or just as a spread by itself. So, get in the kitchen and whip up this lovely Crab Cocktail with Tomato Jam and Avocado Cream, you will thank me later 😊
