Sometimes I come back and listen to these songs to remind myself how much I've grown mentally in the last 2 years. I used to listen to every song by Movements daily because of how much I related to every lyric, but now these songs are just a reminder of my lowest moments. I'm grateful these guys were there to get me through it.

"And when I call out will you answer, because ive been screaming but nothings changed." This is how I interpret this part. For me "when I call out" is like when I exit this life be it by natural death or suicide. "Will you answer, because ive been screaming but nothings changed." To me is like will god or whomever is up there, will you final have answers for me. "I've been screaming" to me is like I've been praying trying to keep faith but nothing's changed.

I'm here again, cause I've been standing for an hour and had a cut on my wrist again. And it reminds me of someone that I missed so hard that I have no chance of saying goodbye had no chance to hug her for one last time. We love movements together. I've been struggling for depression for over 4 years, and that's the reason why we broke up. And that hits me hard cause I thought I would be better when she came into my life but all of a sudden she dissapeared and got another man to love her to hold her. Now I've been facing my fears all alone, And I really want to die right now. Movements really do help me, but right now... This hits different.
