His admin is planning to cut 2 Trillion dollars of spending which will reduce inflation and even reverse it to some degree. 2. By cutting down spending and Gov. restructuring they will use the freed up resources to pay back the deficit halting the climbing debt. 3. 1-2 directly help reducing the issue.

@@kyo77712377 Government spending isn't part of the inflation calculation formula. You should review it again. Government spending reduction may help with budget deficit but not inflation. Inflation will spike up once Trump's tariff tax is in effect on imported goods. At the same time, he is cutting corporate tax which will reduce government revenue. So both revenue and spending are reduced, which may not help much with the current budget deficit situation.

In the last 2 years I've made over 150,000 each year, finally was able to save money and get ahead of my bills. Work in oil and gas field is so competitive right now that wages have gone up from 24 hr to 30 an hr . Some companies paying per diem just to get workers don't even have to be from out of town! I don't see the "bad economy" some people speak of!

I don’t understand America policies, so it’s ok for the government to cause inflation and give money away and increase debt and then Fed has to find ways to reduce inflation and debt. Yes it gets COLA and prices don't decrease. It's not like commodity trading based on production, crop yield, etc. that fluctuate. Due to more money being created leads to inflation which increases the price of everything along the supply chain which leads to higher prices... It can never go down unless money is taken out of the system.
