This happens to me in almost all my relationships from friend, lover to even work all due to my childhood, only fades after a long time without contact but the process itself is so frustrating

@@natascha.anastasia I understand your frustration. It’s heartbreaking to know that so many people are going through this.

I have just been woken up.... You just turned up on my feed for a reason.... I went to a concert yesterday and the lady, Artist Sinead Harnet mentioned her life.... She was broken , she wanted Love Her songs conveyed they She's worked on herself Self love Love yourself Heal the inner child.... Trauma bond relationships Same pattern because it's familiar... Boundaries, Sinead Harnet Listen to her songs, and it will hit home... We all need to wake up to this and parent our inner child because we are worthy and it is safe to receive healthy love. Big hugs ❤❤❤

Oh my god this is life-changing advice. Do you feel like diaspora stuck in tight-knit nuclear families --ones that unhealthily cling onto each other because those are the only ones they have --are more susceptible to unhealthy, almost Oedipal, attachments ? Thank you for helping me face the darkness, and thank you for granting me methodologies to bring myself towards the light.

@@gerryhardow4527 You are so welcome. With regards to the diaspora or migrants in general, there is truth to what you are saying. Most migrants are driven by a sense of loyalty that has never been questioned and this is causing a lot of resentment and toxicity in them. This is a very dear topic to me so I am considering making a video on it.

OMG! 888 views as I am watching this. I never thought about the issue in this way. I always knew it's because of something else, not because I am addicted to being breadcrumbed. You are right, I am extremely hypervigillant due to my C-PTSD. Thank you so much!!❤️❤️
