It can be difficult for INTJs to get unstuck because they tend to be independent, analytical, and perfectionistic. They may become stuck when they are unable to find a solution to a problem, or when they become overly focused on a particular task or idea. Here are a few strategies that might help an INTJ get unstuck: Take a break: Sometimes, taking a break and giving your brain a rest can help you come back to a problem with a fresh perspective. Change your surroundings: Changing your environment can also help stimulate new ideas and break up the monotony of working on the same task for too long. Talk to someone: Discussing a problem with someone else can help you see things from a different perspective and come up with new ideas. Seek outside help: If you're feeling stuck and unable to make progress on your own, consider seeking outside help from a mentor, coach, or therapist. They may be able to offer insights and strategies that can help you move forward. Change your approach: If you've been approaching a problem in a certain way and it's not working, try a different approach. Sometimes, changing the way you look at a problem can lead to new insights and solutions.

If you are on a state that you can t keep a job. How are you going to play for therapy ?

lmao I felt caseys pointless 'KZbin research' life. I have a job but similar to her 'emptiness' I am stuck lonely no friends no lover and just learning about how Queen Victoria wiped her butt in 1890 from random documentaries. Like this cant be my life! lolll I don't have ANY goals. None- because when I write them down organize the action plan to perfection color code it heck even slide in a bookmark to reference back to it within seconds I lack the action to actually pull it off. I HATE acting on anything. In fact its dangerous because when i'm driving I feel like I disassociate and go into a weird hypnotic trip then I jump in fear and shake myself out of it- I HATE DRIVING. Cooking is just as bad. Ill be cooking go sit down get immersed into a thought or video about something them my dinner is on fire smoking like did 10 minutes go by already? I've even woken up Monday for work thinking it was Sunday and my job calling me asking if I'm ok. It takes so much energy out of me. Even with my hard earned paychecks I don't even know what to do with them and who to do them with. Total purgatory. I feel like I am a genius about the truth of the world yet I find it near impossible to actually live it sometimes! How can one be this smart yet this useless? Total conundrum.

You might be depressed or have some mild ADD disorder, because usually INTJs (I am one myself) ACT on their plans.

@@meinungabundance7696 its probably cause you find some good plans , i realy think its more about finding plans who are the more hard part If you set up a plan who is fun at your eyes you will do it but the probleme here is that he just don't find any good goal's for enjoying life

I’m exactly in this place. The problem is i fled to another country and don’t have much money left. I’m thinking about online work but nothing is inspiring or requires experience (even though as an INTJ, I could figure it out). All I do is watch documentaries and listen to podcasts too. I’m the most depressed I’ve been in a long time. I have to force myself to do things I used to love , like nature walks with my dog, and cooking. Until I get this financial situation sorted, I’m way too stuck in my head. Drinking alcohol again too… sigh

I'm in this place that Casey speaks of, and I've been here for years and normalized it to the point that I've mistyped several times. This video really does have most of the answers, as stated below, so off to stop procrastinating and into implementation.

Recently I’ve been in a loop of not being able to focus on a task I’m not so fond of doing and taking a break to recuperate, but then feeling like I should be doing the task I’m avoiding or else I feel inadequate and like I don’t deserve the break. Thus my breaks are as bad as the task

Key word here..."Feeling" Stuck....you aren't really stuck, you think you are but you can just as easily (choose to) think that you are not. You think you are based on your feelings which have been generated by the thoughts in your head. You are not stuck, you simply think you are. Choose to think that you are not longer stuck, then take steps as though you are not. Unless you are in jail and unable to do what you want...you should be able to do something, anything...so just get to it and stop overthinking it. Worked for me at least.

I feel similar to her. The New World Order takeover leaves all MBTI types a bit lost. Without knowing and/or knowing that we won't have freedom leaves people without motivation. If you think you could lose it all or even be damned for it, why do it?

Life's only worth living if you were born rich. For everyone else, life sucks.
@james-md1cf2 жыл бұрын
Even if your born rich you're still endowed with the responsibility to maintain your wealth. Plus your statement is an over generalization.
@anonygent2 жыл бұрын
@@james-md1cf So, let me explain... if you're born rich (and don't have penny pinching parents), you're free from the problems most of the world is subject to. If you're born poor or even middle class, you have to beg, you have to work, and you have to take orders. You have to beg because other people have what you want, whether it's a boss with a job, a customer with money, or an angel investor with capital. You have to work to make money, whether it's for a boss, for customers, or for patrons. And you have to take orders, from a boss, from customers, or from a board of directors. No one is truly free who isn't rich, and no one who had to work to get there was always free. Only those who were born rich have been truly free all their lives.
