Fenugreek is wonderful!!! I use it with rice and avocado and a spoon or two of Jamaican black caster oil as a deep conditioner

@@sandraburnettlifestyle I used to every week but I've skipped to twice per month. Y? My hair started to get a weird texture, not coarse or anything like that but just a weird texture... like build up on my hair strands...🤷🏾‍♀️

@@deebrown3832 I recommend that you do a clay wash at least every 4 to 6 weeks to remove build up, try a protein treatment every 5 to 8 weeks and your hair will also receive products better and become stronger. I recommend that you study your hair carefully, find out what products your hair like and don’t like, but most importantly be patient with your hair. Keep watching different people KZbin videos and you will get the hang of it. We are have beautiful hair.

Three days is a long. However, I would smell the seeds first and if, they smell spoil discharge them.
