This helps, I got it after 3 days trying this. BUT just to let you know, I've been doing other things for 8 days which are doing reflexology, listening to subliminal, drinking ginger water, eating fruits and vitamin c suplements. It takes time, really. Before I found this video, I keep pushing myself and stressing about my period. After 3 days trying this video, I let myself relax, it helps. Just be patient guys :)

this is INSANE i was late for my period by 12 days, i was emotional going through a lot in my personal life. and under A LOt of stress lately, i did this yoga tonight. im not even sure what happened but as i had my shoulders back and my heart exposed i started crying! and then about 10-15 minutes after, i got my period. this was the most spiritual, and healing experience i have ever had. wow.

I cried a lot during this and I guess I needed that ! Got my period on the same day and I couldn’t be happier. I was already on day 36 of my cycle 😚🥳 It has been though dealing with PCOS + a bunch of tiny cysts but I cherish every little “victory” and every month that I eventually get my period !

Okay, so, I wasn't many months late but I was starting to get regular and this irregularity really upset me. I was desperate and tried this without a lot of hope. But as I went on I started to feel ..."freer" and your words really stuck with me: I can't control my body, I can't control whether my period comes or not... All I can do is trust that it will. I kept going more lightheartedly. And it did. It came the day after I tried this. This morning I woke up at 7.30am in pain and super happy. Thank you so much, girl! I’ve been struggling with irregular periods since I first started getting them. And due to it I’ve only recently had 2 periods in 16 months. But this made me feel amazing about it and like everything is going to be alright even when it’s not really. This worked great for me! I did this yoga routine and drank two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (with the mother) with warm water at night and I got my period in three days! I did also just start with acupuncture. I believe the yoga also helped with not having such a painful period. I will now try your yoga routine for when you get your period.

I got my period back after 6 months. I still don't know the reason why I lost them in a first place. It took time, because I started yoga and did it about 1 month before getting my period back. I'm so glad that I choose to start doing yoga. It literally changed my life❤️ I wanted to get them back so badly, that I just knew I should do something. I also started to drink at least 1 l water per day and doing walks with my dog every day. I think it helped too.

That was so gentle and felt amazing. This made me want to do this specific video daily due to the gentleness of the practice and the positive affirmations within the yoga flow. I just got off birth control on June 26th and have not had a period since June 24th . For the past week have been having herendous stomach cramps and mid-low back aches, nausea, etc. so I'm really hoping this flow recenters my body to where it needs to go. Thank you so much!

Girls it really worked, really worked!! I can't thank you enough. My period hasn't happened 40 days. And I was really stressful about it. I'm single and I have never did that thing but I feel really paranoid about it lol. I did this practice 3 times in 2 days. And I started feel full down there and a bit weird. And today after 1-2 hours from practice it happend. İt's really rare for me lating period. Maybe it's relate to stress and changing season. I don't really know. I am 15 and I missed my period for 6/7months and I went on diet drink water eat veggie and fish and sunday i got my period back and today is Tuesday it was heavy today but not too much now but I was expecting cramps down to my lower abdomen and I am so glad its back I just missed feeling the bad after shower and smell good and cozy😍

I was a few days late and I did this practice last night. This morning I had my period! I don't know if it's just incidental but I think it helped alleviate my stress and anxiety so thank you! I also particularly like the part where we placed our palms on our lower belly and affirming ourselves and trusting our bodies. PS. Aside from this, I also did reflexology, meditation, mindful stretching, and listening to binaural sounds.

Yes it is really effective.. I was scared that may be there will be problem after getting vaccine.. i took my first dose last month after my periods… whole month completed but i didnt get my periods so i tried this yoga yesterday.. i was not able to do whole session but i did like 25 min.. n i got my periods in the mrng🙈😍😍😍 thanks to this videos n its maker🥰🥰🥰 thankyou!! There really is no specific timeframe. Focus on resting and reducing stress and looking after your body as best you can. Your body is wise. Your period will return when it’s time. 💜🙏🏻

Wow, this is really magic. Back story: my last tube is blocked, so no pregnancy is possible. I wish to start the IFV programm this cycle, but was 6 days late. Tried ginger tea, herbs, sports - nothing helps. Tried this online class: Day 1 8 am feel just hope Day 1 8 pm feel tiny cramps, no blood Day 1 11 pm 1 brown spot and more cramps Day 2 8 am repeated class - more cramps and more brown blood. Thank you, dear, you literally saved my life❤️❤️❤️ Ps i believe that my lateness was caused by stress before IVF program and every day human stress (a person lives in Russia understands me really well).

I'm having break downs for 3 months because its very late....I'm gonna try this tonight 😭😭😭 Update: 1st day: my body feels less stress. I can feel my bloating stomack reduced. Next morning I had a little bit cramps and a little bloated. 2nd day: I ate indian mango forgetting that it is a sour fruits which is not good. Any ways, I still did it and my stomach is not really happy, I guess due to excessive eating... I really need to control my eating.. After doing it I feel much more better. 3rd Day: felt amazing and felt stress free after doing still no period in site. 4th day didn't done it. 5th day:√ felt much better 6th day:#√ done it felt a cramps 7th day: My period cameeeeee which is today 3:59pm Ps. I'm gonna still update.. I felt very safe whenever I'm reading the comment section.. Still having pregnancy scare but I'm having hopes that my period will come.

hey! the comments are currently at 111. i do believe in angel numbers, and this one may mean that i'm starting to manifest what i've been focusing my attention on, and lately, i've been really stressed out abt my periods. i just want them back. it's been 6-7 months since i've last had my periods and i only had around 2-3 periods before they stopped. coincidentally, they stopped as soon as i had a lot of stress on me, and i took a blood test and found out i was really low on iron, so that may be a factor. also, i've been skipping breakfast, dinner n lunch a lot nowadays so that's probably also got something to do w it. anyways! i'm very desperate to get it back, to the point where i'd cry abt not getting it for so long. i just want it back, so i will focus on this yoga until i get it back. it starts now, and i will tell y'all when i get it back. i'm really motivated by all the beautiful comments on this video!!

I would recommend working with a naturopathic doctor. There are obviously other underlying issues here. Regular doctors often have a different perspective when it comes to menstruation.

Dear Bettina, thank you so much for this inspirational video. I'm in recovery from anorexia and haven't had my period for about 1,5 years and i've Also been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I've recently managed to gain a little weight but am still about 4 pounds under what i had when my body was last able to menstruate. I've been practicing this class for about 3 weeks and It has a very good effect on my body and mind. Do you believe continuing this class can help me get my cycle back soon? Day 2: Did this yoga, meditated and drank tea with vitamin C. if you’re new to having a period, it’s irregular for some people but if it’s only been a month since your last period, just wait for another week or two for it to come. also, if you have a phone, download a period tracker app so you can log when you have your periods and it will tell you when you’re supposed to have it next so you know next time! good luck hun!

Take a deep breath. Time to reduce your stress. How can make time every day to release stress? More sleep. Lots of good nutritious whole food. Avoid people who feel negative. Move in ways that feel good. Do things that feel fun. Laugh til your belly hurts. Good luck 🤞🏻

hello I followed this only for one day.but just to let you know that my periods was late for almost one month and i was so worrying about it.the only thing that have worked for me is running for 30 minutes daily for 2 days.and my periods started.there is one thing I wanted to let you know about missing period.when we dont maintain healthy diet and dont do exercises regularly, there is a chance you could miss periods because our menstrual cycle is so much sensitive for body fat level.if you are missing periods only thing you have to do is maintain healthy diet and reduce fat intake and do so active works like exercises in the daily basis until the day you get your periods back and also this will also help with the things I mentioned about.Thank you! 🌝
