How do you change the weapon pose to having it on your shoulder?

I'm just guessing here.. I think stances are different for certain races. To change stance you go to your emotes and should be a change stance or pose emote. This will change you're idle pose until you change it again. Hope this helped :)

I think he just used /vpose in gpose and paused the animations during the part where the Scythe was in that position

I kinda want it.. but at the same time the kinna scythe looks waay better from potd imo.. I've only touched PvP a handful of times in my 6 or 7 years with the game. Might try to get the 10 collars still.. depending if it's hard

PvP is true, but more specifically you get it through Wolf Collars which are obtainable through Feasts Ranked mode, though with Feast departing in 6.1 it is likely Wolf Collars will be obtainable through Crystal Conflict in 6.1.

The hellhound scythe is not rare. It's very easy to get and quite common. And it looks awful in a lalafell.

@@EmperorSnivy Yes, I feel perfectly fine. My comment was posted 4 days ago. The Hellhound Scythe (or any hellhound weapon) is not rare, and looks awful in a midget character. Nothing has changed in 6 months.
