Brave pick. Not beterbiev, but the rounds. I agree, beterbiev, for me, is a level above even Bivol. Only Father Time and not being 100% fit will stop him. I’m saying late stoppage, 10-12 beterbiev or a points win beterbiev. Beterbiev is 7-1 on points. He may be behind after 6 but he will win most of the rounds in the back half and could well get a 10-8 or two. Great fight, can’t wait!

Agree with ya Nick....What a fight though...Bertebiev is just a force of Nature...A Marauding , Relentless Machine that just forces his Will and gets into fighters minds and just makes that ring seem as though it's tiny...Bivol is a Sublime Boxer but this is another Level for him...and as I've said before if Joe Smith can hurt and wobble Bivol then it's inevitable that Beterbiev will get to him and once this Unit of a Man gets you going then I'm afraid the end comes soon after

Such a lovely breakdown! Nice 20 min intro! 😂 I agree on predicion, but somehow i think Beterbiev might catch him even earlier, like he did to Smith Jr. Artur has impecable timing and positioning, he doesnt telegraph punches, not even right hand, and i think he will just counter Bivols jab with his right hand. I saw Bivol geting hit by right hands, cause he keeps his gaurd and hands low. Artur always has his arms up, and he throws his right hand so fast and from an awkward angle that people dont expect at all. And he turnes his whole body in such a short movement and punch... Bivol will have to be quicker on his feet more than ever, but Arthur wants to take away distance, and without distance Bivol is in problem. Artur wont chase him for 12 rounds, he will try intercept Bivols footwork and smother pucnhes and takeaway distance. Artur by TKO all the way :)

I have said on several threads that Bivol gets FAR too much credit for beating the MUCH smaller Canelo (even though he failed to stop Canelo which he should have done) & that Beterbiev will do to Bivol what Crawford did to Spence.

I don't think bivol can hold off Beterbiev for 36 minutes. He cannot pot shot like he did with Canelo and get away with Beterbiev being submissive like Canelo. Beterbiev will push through moments of adversity far better being far stronger and harder hitting than Canelo. Bivol can win but I have to believe Artur will get success late on while behind and carry on his KO streak.

Beterbiev is incredibly strong mentally and relentless. My worry is possible cuts with the Bivol jabs which he throws plenty off.

Been an avid Boxing fan for over 70 years. Watched Liston train in Las Vegas and was in LA at ringside when a young Cassius Clay stopped my Idol Archie Moore in Los Angweles. Have seen this scenario scernario many times. Bivol outspeeds and out manuevers Beterbiev. Arthur will have to change his tactics to adjust to Bivol, this will slow him down more and the adjustments will cause him to be hit more easily. I think Bivol stops Arthur in the later rounds and it won't be pretty. Should be a very exciting match.

Along with Joe Smith jr, Lyndon Arthur also hurt Bivol momentarily to the body in round 8 ,It was around 2 mins into the round. That was a sub-par performance by Bivol that night ,but to his credit he finished the round strong after.

I’ve got a clear vision of this fight. Think Bivol will start bright and lively behind the jab, but I think Beterbiev will hurt Bivol as early as the 2nd round. By the 5th Bivol will be drawn into a fight that he doesn’t want to have and may even drop Beterbiev. But I fully expect Bivol to be stopped on his feet around the 10th round.

I'm picking Bivol the younger man (32) over the older man (39) in Beterbiev.... Age and Father time you can't beat.... This Unification fight has come at a late stage in his life unfortunately. Time to pass the Baton to the next in line and fresher of the two!.... Look, Beterbiev is strong like an Ox and got a rod like Jab, is the pressure fighter, he got good ring generalship, he breaks you down & is the Knock out Artist of the two. Despite that he is much older, slower of the two, cuts easily, has had injuries and operations coming off one. All those factors go against him.... Bivol on the other hand, uses jab effectively, can box, good mover and footwork, fresher, younger and will neutralise Beterbiev one dimensional come forward style.... I love both fighters but it's either gonna be a late round Knock out for Beterbiev or Points win for Bivol which I think is more likely unless somehow Bivol overwhelms him to a stoppage which is unlikely.

Also he’s never had to rely on things that you would worry about diminishing over time like speed or unreal reflexes like Roy Jones had.

Beterbiev's footwork, fight IQ & pure boxing acumen are all criminally underrated cuz he's never had to rely on them, his power power takes care of shit. I mean, this is a great fight and tough to choose a winner. I do generally go with the boxer over the puncher. I don’t quite agree that Beterbiev is as good technically a Bivol. While I think it is a good and competative fight, I think Beterbiev makes too many mistakes for a great boxer like Bivol. I think Bivol takes it on points or stops Beterbiev late on cuts. Great fight though!!

IMO, nobody will be able to predict who will win or lose. You are guessing who has a better chance of winning especially in this case if you claim one has a better chance than the other, I won't believe you as you probably don't believe your answer. This fight can go one way or another. If you say Bivol or Artur it's because you like him not because of his credentials because both are apex. Be honest with yourself.
