If this game were to be remade, I can see the fighting mechanics being more smooth. The point system really made you think on how to win matches. Hidden gem for sure.

i actually like this fighting system is since kinda like real life Sanda scoring system. Has a more of a real life sports feels rather then just another Tekken or Street Fighter. I still got my N64 copy

My brother and I always rented this. My brother then went internet diving for it decades later. He still loves it. Of course I loved the music! That cow as a hidden character was fucking wild. The final bosses theme is what a final boss theme should sound like!

I never played this one but I had the sequel, had a ton of fun with that game. In terms of gameplay it was definitely a breath of fresh air in the fighting game genre
