​@TrentTrip He had one of the greatest work ethics out of all athletes in history. It was just that he fell off track for many reasons shortly after attaining greatness.

@@prefix253 I wouldn’t say that, if he fell off track almost immediately after the start of his career, as you say, that’s kind of irreconcilable with having one of the greatest work ethics of any athlete in history. He had one short period of being a committed trainer and that was specifically when he had a hardcore disciplinarian basically raising him, kudos to him for training that hard, but the minute that was taken away he showed zero ability to retain that commitment on his own.

I think it’s fun. No one else is out there, no distractions, you get to really focus. Also if you’re scared it can give you a bit of a rush. Definitely fun.

​@@ruatsangapachuau4943 i used to do so to run thru the part to the beach and back to the home, later i started doing calisthenics, I'm training advanced and weighted calisthenics 13 years already since i was 15 years old. It's fun and when you training outdoor in shitty weather is even more fun because you can use hate to get better 😠👿

Met Mike in 2012 , had a chat , the guy was a real gent and in real life you could see how much of a monster he was , he said he had dealt with his demons and was ready to move on , legend ...... to go through what he did and bounce back .... pound for pound he was the greatest fighter in his era , just my opinion .

When I could do roadwork I found the early morning runs better because it wasn't a lot of traffic at the time and the air was a bit cleaner.

This is what time I go out running every morning. I'm not a fighter but, when you're out running at that time all by yourself you literally feel like you're the only person awake the only person doing anything and it drives you to keep getting up the next day and the next day. And although I'm not a boxer as I said, it's still always good to be ready!

just buy an arm band or a waist band. i personally use a waist band its skin tight like the material compression clothing is made off and holds your stuff securly withou it bouncing. you wont even know your carrying it.

I was already running at 4:30am when this video came up as the first on my random playlist of motivational videos I downloaded. I had no idea it would be the same thing I'm doing, and I sprinted the rest of the way home. My discipline will last forever.

It's quite simple dude, every hour you waste on hobbies is an hour you take away from the best version of yourself you can be. When people ask me how i found discipline through exercise, I ask them: "Do you leave the house without a shower and breakfast? No? Then why would you let a week go by without 5 workouts MINIMUM which are absolutely crucial to your health?"

Its actually healthier for your lungs since there is less cars less pollution on the road. Less people around for distractions and the trees and plants release more oxygen during night

It is 100% about discipline and mental fortitude. Doing things that you really don't want to do but still put 110% into it is how you become mentally strong as well as physically 💪💪

I had to stay up till early morning for Mike's fights, he was just too much for his era. "They had to destroy him" we had Mike on top of the list and no-one behind!!!

I actually tried it, it's actually peace u know. Like barely any vehicles, no humans, some dogs to keep you company I mean isn't that all of men want? Just peace and nature
