I am very very happy I lost some weight not much but slowly but surely I lost 6 kg, but what I am most happy of I lost fat around my vital organs dropped from 11 to a 9 I also lost fat and gained muscle but my bmi also dropped, so it is going great for me. I must say that I am a little addicted, feel terrible if I miss a day. Now I am going on holiday with no wifi, what am going to do. Lesley, I had to pop in and compliment you because this practice is everything! The phrase 'feel the fire within' keeps flowing through my head because that is EXACTLY what I felt the first time I tried it. In fact, I liked this practice SO MUCH that I did it two days in a row. Today's a new day, I may just give it a go again today. Anyway, enough rambling. I just needed you to know that 3+ years later this practice makes quite the impression and is now one of my fave's. This class today was wonderful. As we go into our third lockdown due to the current crises this challenge is so important for my mental and physical health. My intention for today’s practice was gratitude for everything and everyone in my life and for having this time each day with Leslie. Namaste🙏.

Love this class!! :-) I just got my driving licence couple weeks before and today I was practising in the city.. It´s very hard for me, very stressfull, so when I came home, I was looking forwad to the yoga class sooo much! I´m like reborn now, thank you so much for what you doing! Lots of love from Prague :-)

Nice quick class! Not too intense, but also got me nice and warm. Lots of planks, which felt good! A good way to get moving on a slow, rainy day. Thank you!

this, I needed this so bad. I've been getting angry at normal things and I've been keeping it in and it's pretty horrible and toxic I use this practice to let it all out and now I really do feel better I feel strong for some reason.. thank you for this practice as always your amazing thanks

Wow, this was great with all the agnisara breath practices in it, that was hard! Also I found the standing leg raises and the bycicling quite challenging :) Thank you again for a wonderful morning practice, I added your new 30 minute video for weight loss and toning after this :) I am grateful for having you and yoga in my life !

Thank you for this amazing practice! I am usually not one to practice pranayama (even though I know I should), but this form of agnisara breathing was incredible for me! It really helped me to focus on my breathing, use my core in a different way, and leave me feeling clear and calm and open. I also loved the incorporation of poses to work the core 360 (including the ever-so important back muscles). Loved this practice

Thank you Leslie! In the pranayama when we draw the belly in, we hold our breath right? I struggled to do that, but from what I could manage the pranayama really helped me with my core; especially when holding my planks

Hello :-) 25 day practicer, first time commenter. I am wondering if there's any explanation for my deep panic during the breathing exercises. I felt terrified! I stayed with it and finished the practice. Thanks for all you do :-)

Roux Jupe Hi!! Thank you so much for commenting! I can totally relate with that deep panic during the breathing exercises. I had it at first too. It's scary for the body to be empty of air...frankly, it feels as if we might die! But, the good news is that you stayed with it...as you continue to practice it, your body will get used to the feeling and won't need to panic. Even though I used to feel the panic, I now feel very comfortable with it...it even makes me feel calm now!

Love this session, Lesley, if even I do have a lot to improve on! I wanted to ask about the breathing exercises in this session. I've always been pretty severely asthmatic, and really struggled holding in the breath for the length of time. Any tips on how to improve this? It's something I'd really like to get better at!

+Kelsey Frewin thank you so much! As far as the breathing is concerned, your breath practice is similar to the practice of the poses. Just like we train our bodies to get stronger and more flexible over time, we train our breath to be longer and we increase the ability to hold it. It's important to be gentle on yourself concerning your breath practice. Just do as much as you can comfortable, and as you continue practicing, your breath practice will advance. :-)

140421 Here’s something I never thought I’d hear myself say, I loved all those planks!!! Lowering on a count of 5 - lifting up was a bit complicated - side dolphin, all of them! Thank you. Namaste.
