Unless I’m missing something, Lacie 2Big looks like half the read/write speed for about the same price point as the QNAP TS-453BT3??? Looking for entry level RAID for editing 4K ProRes RAW (when we get the Z6 Kit with Ninja V)

Actually 400/400 is about what QNAP does (600/400) and I hear QNAP does not support its products well... for Video Editing on my MacBook Pro

Thanks for letting us have a look at your workflow! I am doing a very similar system with my physical drives but what I would really be interested in seeing from you would be how you organize your Lightroom Catalogues. I haven't found the perfect way for it yet and I'm never 100% happy how I organize them.

I just yesterday, got an email from one of my Netgear RAID1 NAS drives that a disk was failing. Too cool.

here is a question . what happens if all your drive is all filled up or your raid 0 filled up

start a new drive with the same file name convention and continue your number series.

Hi JP, look up a software called "Post Haste" for making folders with custom file structures. Rather than copy pasting off of a saved template, it will make it for you.
