yes. I was thinking the same. It is just the right size house for him, it is a very small house....perfect for him. And the outside with a few palm trees was very nice. I think a good coat of paint for the whole house could make a big change. And then slowly work on tiling the bathroom. And if she pays for the kitchen cabinets, which is the only major thing needed. It could be the perfect deal for him and her. I wonder why he hadn't considered it? She may not need to sell it right away. She should try to keep it as they may return from France.

I suggest that Michael provide Ma’am Eleanor & her husband with viewing of his Boracay rental house on his prior channel (now Bianca’s channel). They treated that rental house very well & the landlord & his family did, too, the landlord spruced it up even without Michael asking , but M & B improved it also with their input & esp note the outdoor landscaping Michael did there in Boracay. The plants & yard they tended & the simple pergola M. designed with the local craftsmen. Nothing overreaching, simple tending & additions that made a lovely difference.

@@ThatPhilippinesLife I am so sure you are going to find the best place possible, that will surprise us!....But it will be because of all your hard work. I think your platform will reach more people that you know and there is going to be that one that will contact you. Your affable personality will also factor in as a lot of owners want a tenant like that. My parents gave me some great advise: Pick an area that you like, and then hit the streets in that area until you find that one. Keep riding the streets in that area until something comes up. i am sure there are folk with money that just want someone that will look after their property. Don't be afraid to receive help from the locals that are kind and want to help you. They would be better at negotiating than you. Maybe, let them do the work upfront at negotiating the best outcome for you. They are much better at it. You are going to find it! Hang in there. Besides, it gives you material for your channel in the meanwhile.

Très sympathique cette dame de Limoges. By the way, it’s not close to Bordeaux on the West coast of France, it’s in the center. Nice drone footage, but it’s still amazes me how the Phils are still found on 70s rock style when the rest of the world has moved on, and the other ex-Spanish colonies are full latino music style. Phils brag about dancing but not many are really good at ballroom dances.

@@wintersojourn9356 👋 Hi, I remember ! Yes, I think you’re right, and they should perform if the trend comes one day, as it’s already happening all over South east Asia, with Salsa, Bachata, East and West Coast Swing, even Blues, Hustle, FoxTrot, Chachacha. But these ballads and 70s hard rock and FM rock came with massive inflows of US expats, who never switched to 80s technopop and more danceable rythms, neither the gloomy moods of New Wave. I see it also about the fashion, that is quite strange for such a hot country : tight jeans with t-shirts like in the 70s, and missing out completely the surfers trends of the 80s, despite the numerous of surfers and divers on site, pinoys prefer to dress up like in Detroit … at least pinays are feminine and like dresses, but even my GF go back to tight jeans and sweatshirts with long sleeves when she travels or goes professional. Everybody is different but the general view you get is that the fashion for regular ukai ukai seems to be coming from an old container from the past, like in remote Montana or Tennessee, in my humble opinion.

Hi again Meta! Looks like my comment got zapped, I am fairly certain I know why. I thought I got around it but …sorry I’m being vague but I wish to keep this comment “safe”. Ty for your thoughtful reply, I don’t feel comfortable agreeing with the “lag” as I haven’t visited in so long, but it reminds me of my childhood growing up in rural USA. Used to be fashions would so slowly trickle their way to us, style trends etc….But nowadays, not so much , everyone everywhere knows what is “the latest”…I remember in Russia, when it was USSR, the local people (more than one) offering money to me for the jeans I was wearing….Oh! I should also note even decades ago I thought that certain people & regions of Manila were just as fashionable as Paris & NYC.

The house set up is nice. Me like. But i didn't really see the beach. Is it white sand blue water with beach bunnies in bikinis quality or dirty muddy with viral strain floaters? I say this because my grandma's house is in Cavite on a river bank that leads to the sea. There's no sand because people harvested the free sand to make bricks leaving grey sludge mixed with sewage. There's no swimming when its oyster farming and red tide water.

You can apply at PLRA ( Philippine leisure and retirement authority) for a retirement visa, without getting married to any filipina and you can buy your own property and could do things like what a filipino can do like opening your business and etc. dont marry a filipina just to be able to buy a property coz the title would just be under her name and if things does not go well, she’ll just take everything even if you are the one who paid for it.

You don’t need a Filipina wife. You need a Filipino guy friend you can trust and rentals and place it under an llc that protects both of you. There are a lot of benefits like tax reduction, protections certifying your 40 percent ownership. As long as you have 75,000 usd or more into the property in equity you are eligible to have a permanent residency visa under the llc. And let’s face it if you are straight and have a male business partner you can trust he’s never going to accuse you of cheating and have you deported.
