The narrator said they reached a plea deal and it is with Michelle's approval. I think Michelle was advised and understood that it's easier to get a conviction for a lesser charge with guilty plea than to prosecute him with muder since the coroner did not categorically state poisoning as the cause, thereby risking acquital and no penalty at all. It's sad, but I think it destroyed his life and career, and who would still wanna be married to a man who attempted to kill his own unbord child?

I know this is difficult to accept but it does line up with the Bible. Our justice system is based on a jury of your peers not just any random jury but a jury of your peers. This means the people that would have set in judgment of him would be people who would be on equal footing in the world with maybe a similar lifestyle. That's why we have what seems like such an imbalance. It's not really an imbalance it truly is the most Fair. If you had a young man that grew up poor and had a criminal record a mile long who eventually got drunk and killed someone in a DUI accident, you would not want rich white people sitting in judgment of that person would you? That's why our justice system works the way it does. Peers.

Don`t feel alone! I don`t trust 90% of doctors. I was missed diagnosed and NOT diagnosed with a heart oddity that was corrected with meds and I actually died for 2 min. 52sec. And my grandmother had renal failure in one kidney. She went through surgery to have the kidney removed, and the fools took out the WRONG kidney, and she dies after two weeks. We wanted to see the paperwork and computer printouts from the O.R. but "they lost the papers and the computer files were corrupted". The only thing corrupt was the hospital. My family let it go because the cost of an investigation and chances of winning vs. the Hospital was too much. But I am built differently than most of my family. I have always been that way, it is my thinking that is very tactical and linear leaving fluff and useless info. aside. That surgeon had a life changing experience. I felt it was needed, so I acted with deeds.

@@vincentdubois4879 They said the ultrasounds were normal. If blood work and fetal heart tones were also normal, there's not much else her doctor could have done. She didn’t deserve everything her fiancé put her through, nor did she deserve to be robbed of the possibility of being a mother. What a disgusting thing to do as a Doctor. Update (I got this info from a Reddit comment): Maynard Muntzing lives in Bellbrook, OH, a suburb of Dayton. He’s still married to his accomplice. He has been working at a string of auto dealerships, which is one of the things you do when you can’t do anything else and have a sketchy past…..the other is sell real estate. Also, he is using the name “Glenn”. He also filed bankruptcy in 2007 after Michelle filed her lawsuit.

This father was charged, exactly as he should be. And yet millions of mothers and doctors do the exact same thing to fetuses, or worse, and are not charged at all. In fact, people march in support of the law allowing moms to do this to their babies with impunity. I was one of those women who marched in DC with my mom and sister in support of keeping that legal for mothers. I am so regretful. Nobody should be allowed to do this to their child.

Michelle Baker was a remarkable young woman setting a trap to catch her boyfriend Dr. Maynard Muntzing in the act and she did it perfectly. I don’t blame the detective’s skepticism about Michelle story since this was a totally different case for them to investigate. But with Michelle persistence, they finally arrested the SOB, baby killer Maynard and his wife Tammy who only got probation rather than jail time. They both deserve each other. Michelle Baker is the hero of her story and was the winner in this unfortunate and tragic story. Good for the detectives catching Maynard in action, that was a superb move from them. 👍 And Dr. Maynard Muntzing’s license to practice medicine was revoked for good and gladly so for trying to kill the unborn baby and Michelle as well. Thank God that she will never has to deal with this monster again! Michelle won big even though her baby girl was a still born. May God blessed McKayla’s soul always 🙏

I find it funny that the wife was mad at the cheating but as long as the baby didn’t make it she was willing to look the other way. Well, not did he cheat and impregnated someone else outside the marriage, he tried to terminate the pregnancy against the mother’s wishes, and ended up on the news, tv show (Forensic Files), had his license revoked and time in jail. Not sure if he’s still married and wonder if his kids disowned him or both parents.

So sad 😞 I feel for this innocent soul & her baby 😭 pleez allow me to tell you my story. I am a 43 Y/O young man, I went to college for 4 years but dropped out before graduation. Now I am a Truck driver. Once a was a next door neighbor to nice old lady who had a lovely cute daughter who did not live with her but was just visiting once a month. That old lad had cats which I was buying them IAMS FOOD cause that lady was a big overwhelmed by expenses and low retirement wages. I was watching over the cats, feeing them, shopping for that lady on my expense sometimes, mowing her lawn, etc. 1 time I showed some interest for her daughter who I really liked. Her mom I believe must have told her about me admiring her. Once I was home before my scheduled time home. While I was in the bathroom I heard a conversation between the mom & daughter. Daughter said I don’t like truck drivers + he is too nice to you just because he is acting so that you will refer me to him. I am sincerely nice and I do that with all needy people (elderly & Children & animals) it is the way I grew up in another country by great parents and being old school as well (sorry about so much talk about me and show off 🤗). I respected her statement while I was listening cause I am the person who respects other’s boundaries & their preference. It never made me uncomfortable nor made me sad but I wished I could love that girl and be her husband 🥹 after 3 years of moving from there to another state her mom called me saying: my daughter married a bone surgeon and after 2 years she was almost driven to suicide by his cheating, abuse & lack of care !! I told her I really feel for her, I wish for her healing and happiness and I can talk to her if she wants some comforting words & someone to be with as a friend. Eventhough I am single I Iost interest in dating and romance. I am now more into my farm animals which I care about a lot and love, my motorcycle, my colognes & healthy lifestyle. I wish she liked me when I needed a loving heart. Scope of this story is: not because somone is highly ranked financially or in social status will be a good person. Manners & precious values are priceless, gifted by God not earned by wealth or superficial social status
