Yeah honestly the problem with FFXV was that it had so many ideas what to do with it to try and make it not like every other FF game but then just made it into a clusterfuck of a story.

FFXV was a good game, but it could have been greater. They spent 10 years on it and it looked awesome, I enjoyed all the sidequests, the hidden dungeons(yknow, the hella hard ones at the end of regular dungeons), the frickin’ chocobos, the minigames, etc but I agree the plot was lacking. I wanted more. But meh. They’re done with it. And so am I. :3 moar patchwork pls? Your reviews are fun to watch.

I agree! It could have been great, it had a ton to offer and what was there was fine, it's just that so much of the game feels hollow that you can't help but feel like you are missing out on something, yknow? But yeah man, thank you! I hope to make more much more quickly than this one took!

Pretty much sums up my experience with the story. Had a lot of fun, but the story itself drove me to get more enjoyment from the gameplay which put the enjoyment scale between gameplay and story elements off balance.

I was wary checking this out because I know most of the internet’s feelings on XV and it’s my first and favourite so hearing your very constructive criticism was a nice change of pace. Also I felt the same way with wanting more which overall isn’t necessarily a bad thing means you like what you have to some degree but wanting more is how I have Platinum’d it and beaten every DLC, watched the original anime, Ardyn’s anime episode, the movie and played the separate demo and arcade game of his dad

I loved this game when it first came no let me correct myself I liked Ardyn. That was it. The worse part is their rumors going around that they are simply gonna scrap ffxv. That none of it matter because the creator wanted his characters back. Plus the whole the guy running it was embezzling money from the company. Soo they are calling it null in void.

My favorite part of FFXV was that years after I beat the game and lost interest in it, they released like 14 DLC's then stopped before even finishing all the DLC they promised to make. That's really good game development. Top notch. Really love the passion SquEnix has for their games. Like, just look at how they've handled the Just Cause series since they acquired it... IT'S FUCKIN GARBAGE NOW. Goddammit, I used to love the games SE made, but now they're a fuckin joke.

DISCLAIMER : i havent replayed FF15 since i beat it way back so i could be missing a lot or important details. maaaan ignus DLC was both really cool and stupid frustrating it showed how much Ignus cared for Noct sacrifice, rejecting temptation and desperate gambits i adored how in one of the fights he just fuckin tackles buddy boy and in the end he expresses how scared he is for Noct then you go back to the main game and he never mentions it at all even when Big fuck Gladus or whatever his name is just basically being like 'hey Noct stop being a sad loser.' i think at most Ignus just say 'thats enough' once and thats it
