The expectation of perfection makes any pursuit less than enjoyable.

That is why I listen to all of 3DMJ, RP, Stronger by Science, Barbell Medicine, Jeff Nippard (though he is less of an expert as the others)! To get the nuances!!

Eric helms. I have been training for 4 years now i work a 9 to 5 job and have 2 kids. And i have been with built with science with his very first release programs super high volumes. I dropped him and went to boostcamp and started to follow natural hypertrophy with his Superman program im no bodybuilder either. But its has made me some gains but its to much i was thinking about Milo wolfs 12 free programs. I just need some advice about what is the best volume approach because im not optimal in my real life but i take my training very seriously and i love science based information. But alot of the programs on boostcamp is mainly like meatheaded bodybuilding im not a bodybuilder. And i have a miny home gym with bands and weights with dumbbells with a cheap barbell and bench and a weighted vest. I just want something that ill have forever and not a app that is free modernly with pay and i cant swap out a exercise because i don't have that equipment where something i have forever and i can ran a few blocks back to back if i wanted to. And milos wolf programs seem very good and I just need something where its not killing and all these crazy giant sets. To much on my body
